Place is ok but the staff need to be retrained.

1. The staff is not welcoming. The staff is playing his mobile hand while handling me and my family.
2. The online transaction machine offline, get the cash to pay, no changes and wanted to charge us extra.

Pros:

Hotel ni okay je sebenarnya. Tapi yg membuatkan dia tak okay kerana, bau rokok (maybe penghuni2 sebelum ni merokok di dalam bilik/toilet).

Lokasi pun okay, cuma yang membuatkan dia tak okay adalah parkingnya. Terpaksa parking jauh, sebab sekitar hotel parking penuh walau kita balik lewat jam 1 pagi.

Staff hotel okay, dr receptionist hingga housekeeping.

Cons:

✅Bau asap rokok kuat.
✅Parking jauh.
✅Susah nak guna iron. Always iron unavailble.
✅Toilet tak bersih.

Lokasi sangat strategic, banyak kedai makan bhampiran,bilik ok selesa, staff semua baik, sesuai untuk famly YG ramai

Cons:

Bilik berhabuk, X sesuai untuk YG Ada baby, channel TV tiada YG menarik. Kanak2 pun Rasa bosan duduk Dalam bilik. Bilik tidak ceria.
