The room is comfortable and clean. Nice place to stay with family.
The uses of plastic jug as if we pour the hot water, a weird smell from the jug came out. So once we made our tea, the smell of the tea were slighthly different. Due to that, we can't enjoy our sip of tea like usual. Suggestion : change the plastic jug to other type of jug.

The pictures beforehand
Unfortunately, the reality was very different from the pictures. The room, swimming pool area, and lobby were all quite dirty and did not look like what was advertised.
The bathroom was especially problematic. The shower was not draining properly, so the water would accumulate and it felt like we were standing in a bathtub. The sink had the same issue. On arrival, we were also given used toilet paper instead of a fresh roll, which was very disappointing.
The soundproofing was another major issue. In the morning, it honestly felt like the children playing in the swimming pool were in the room with us. The walls are extremely thin and provide almost no sound insulation, making it very difficult to relax or sleep.
I also asked for an extra towel and was told that the policy was one towel per person per day. Considering that the hotel seemed to have only around 10 occupied rooms out of 200, I found this response particularly unreasonable. An extra towel should not have been such a difficult request.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, noise levels, and service were far below what we expected. The hotel looks much better in the pictures than it does in reality, and unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
J’ai bien aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, notamment parce que la plage est juste à côté. C’est malheureusement le seul point positif de mon séjour.
La propreté est vraiment décevante, surtout au niveau du linge. J’ai passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et le linge n’a jamais été correctement changé ou nettoyé. La piscine est également très sale et mal entretenue. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’état de la piscine est tout simplement horrible. Je suis très déçue de mon séjour et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
