Excellent AC and room
Pros:

Quality of the rooms

Cons:

The hot water works intermittently
May be for about 3 minutes and start getting cold. So I know every morning I need 3 minutes shower. They came over to fix it but still the same issue

The door handle to the toilet was broken and it was only fixed after 5 days
I extended my stay for an extra 2 days
