Not Good at All-We Actually Had to Leave Early due to Inconveince
Pros:

The breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Location was extremely hard to find, hotel beds were extremely hard. The bathroom was small with water leaking. The place was stuffy and not very welcoming.

Pros:

it was a good stay for me and there staff was welcoming. The location was at a busy area, i would have preferred more quiet environment.

Cons:

The breakfast for me was not interesting at all, and there menu was out dated, most of the food wasn't available when you want to place an order.

Pros:

The room is fine

Cons:

À night before I left,I could literally hear loud music outside them I forced myself to sleep only to be woken up by very loud shout from a group of people
As if that was not enough by 3am those set of people started playing music with those big speakers I tried to sleep but i couldn’t.
And their chef should reduce the quantity of salt and Maggie in some of their food.
Lastly they call their breakfast buffet but when you go to eat you are being served a little portion of food I don’t see any reason why it should be called buffet if they will be the one to serve you small portion,I think they should just be bringing the food to the rooms instead of customers coming down for buffet that isn’t truly a buffet.

The girl i met in reception was rude and disrespectful looking down on me very much embarrassed plus what I paid for was not the price for the room it was supposed tobe 55k but then collected 59,925

POOR SERVICE DURING OUR STAY

The location was good

Cons:

Their service was so poor,, and the room was not properly inspected from their manager in such a way that the room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet seat has been worn out, and the room was not tidy up during my dad and mum stay. The amount paid for the hotel doesn't worth it. I'm so disappointed that I could get these displeasure from my inlaws through the Presken Hotel Reliance, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos and
