Very pleased with our stay, extremely friendly staff and definitely a place we would visit again :)
Pros:

Very friendly staff that greeted us with a warm smile and polite attitude, gave us information and even walked with us to our room. Comfortable, spacious and clean room with a small kitchen and a very nice bathroom. They had snacks and drinks waiting for us in the room, free of charge.
They had a nice breakfast with decent variety of food and drinks, extra points for having dairy and gluten free options.

Cons:

The only downside that the walls and flooring/roof was a little thin so you could sometimes hear your hotell-neighbors, not so bad that it was a problem for us just a small annoyance.

Convenient location on roadtrip
Pros:

Decent sized room equipped with two single beds put together as a double, a fridge and a small table and a chair. The wc was good but in a small space, the same with the tiny shower room.

Really good breakfast buffet, served until 9 on weekdays and 10 on weekends. Nice seating in the veranda of the restaurant. Also, dinner servings are of good quality.

Plenty of free parking space.
Didn’t try the sauna but offering that is a very nice bonus.

Cons:

My back could barely handle the two night stay, due to totally worned out beds (IKEAs old decomissioned model Sultan). Besides this the location of room 21 is probably not the best, being in the stairs and reached by others noise. Woke up several times during the night.

Be aware of the culture in Norrland of weekend late night driving around in cars playing superloud music, the window did not block that out the night to Saturday. Thursday to Friday was quieter in the town.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Modernes, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl, gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft, Smart-TV und sehr bequemes Bett.
