Pros:

Que tiene acceso a la playa

Cons:

Nos quitaban el agua, muchas veces fuimos a recepción a solicitar agua de la llave, nos tocó pedir que fueran a limpiar la habitación porque no la limpiaron, nos encendían y apagaban las luces en la noche.

toda la noche sin agua, al amanecer nos cortaron la luz, y para terminar te cierran los accesos al hotel y a la playa, de verdad que desagradable nos querían dejar sin cenar. muy mal la verdad

LA HABITACION, YA QUE NO CUMPLE CON LO QUE ANUNCIAN EJEMPLO LAS HABITACIONES NO TIENEN INTERNET, EL BAÑO TIENE UNA CORTINA DE TELA EN LUGAR DE PUERTA, EL LAVAMANOS ESTA AFUERA DEL BAÑO, EL JABON QUE TE DAN ES DE HOTEL DE PASO LOS CLIMAS SON OBSOLETOS, NO CUENTA CON FRIGOBAR, LA HABITACION ES GRANDE PERO NO TIENE CONFORT, CREO QUE PARA EL PRECIO DEBERIA CONTAR CON CONFORT

Excelente ubicación pero ya están viejas las instalaciones y sin mantenimiento adecuado.

La ubicación con playa a La Laguna de términos y el ambiente entre vegetación

Cons:

Las instalaciones están descuidadas sobre todo en las habitaciones en una de ellas el olor de la cañería era insoportable y en otra Tuvimos una fuga de agua y nos quedamos sin agua. A nuestra llegada no nos comentaron que teníamos que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación y entonces no se hizo. En el primer día no hubo agua caliente y en el segundo sí. No vale lo que se paga por el hospedaje.

Pros:

La vista ! Desde la habitación se ve el mar que está a 2 minutos caminando! Y es playa muy tranquila y privada! Quedan restaurantes muy cerca e incluso el Malecón!

Cons:

Se que hace calor pero si hace falta que salga agua más calientita del teléfono, no del lavabo, le hace falta una pintadita a lo metálico para que quede muy bien! Hay que preguntar llegando el nombre del perro porque en la noche si te ladra! Pero ahí estaba la dueña pa controlarlo!

Es un hotel en un pueblo mágico, con habitaciones a la orilla de la playa, en contacto con la naturaleza y con estacionamiento accesible a las habitaciones y seguro.

Cons:

Que cierran temprano por la noche, aunque entiendo que es por seguridad. Por todo lo demás, muy bien.

Me encanta el hotel las veces que ido me gusta la vista a la playa y como están las instalaciones..

Que el agua del baño se salía hasta el cuarto, que cuando fui avisar dijeron que era la primera vez que nunca pasaba, se enojaron porque reserve en Booking y ya ha Ian dado mi habitación, y ahora lamentablemente no se puede entrar a la playa porque hay máquinas..
