FALTA DE RESPETO AL CLIENTE

Que no cumplieron con la reserva, no hubo quien abriera el lugar para entrar, llame al celular de contacto, toque el timbre repetidas ocasiones, envie mensaje de wassap, toque el claxon y nadie salió a atender, estuve casi una hora esperando. Al siguiente día solo recibí un mensaje anónimo de usted disculpe, tuve que pagar más en conseguir hospedaje a esa hora, muy mal servicio y muy irresponsable el personal en general.

Izlet s čolnom po laguni z ogledom delfinov in morskih želv je bil prijetna popestritev.
Pros:

Prehrana je na voljo samo občasno, kar sva naročila, je bilo v redu. Soba, ki je bila na voljo, je bila velika, s štirimi posteljami, sicer pa je prostor bolj spominjal na bolnico kot na prijeten apartma. Precej je k temu prispevala ureditev kopalnice.
Plaža je bila blizu, s palmami za senco, ob plaži je bil tuš in viseče mreže za prijeten počitek.

Cons:

Postopek prijave je bil kar dolg, nikjer v Mehiki ni bilo nič primerljivega. Kraj je precej zapuščen, kar težko je najti lokale z dobro hrano, lahko pa priporočim Restaurante Capitán Filarpón in tudi Luigi's Pizzas.

Cons:

Nos quitaban el agua, muchas veces fuimos a recepción a solicitar agua de la llave, nos tocó pedir que fueran a limpiar la habitación porque no la limpiaron, nos encendían y apagaban las luces en la noche.

LA HABITACION, YA QUE NO CUMPLE CON LO QUE ANUNCIAN EJEMPLO LAS HABITACIONES NO TIENEN INTERNET, EL BAÑO TIENE UNA CORTINA DE TELA EN LUGAR DE PUERTA, EL LAVAMANOS ESTA AFUERA DEL BAÑO, EL JABON QUE TE DAN ES DE HOTEL DE PASO LOS CLIMAS SON OBSOLETOS, NO CUENTA CON FRIGOBAR, LA HABITACION ES GRANDE PERO NO TIENE CONFORT, CREO QUE PARA EL PRECIO DEBERIA CONTAR CON CONFORT

Excelente ubicación pero ya están viejas las instalaciones y sin mantenimiento adecuado.

La ubicación con playa a La Laguna de términos y el ambiente entre vegetación

Cons:

Las instalaciones están descuidadas sobre todo en las habitaciones en una de ellas el olor de la cañería era insoportable y en otra Tuvimos una fuga de agua y nos quedamos sin agua. A nuestra llegada no nos comentaron que teníamos que solicitar la limpieza de la habitación y entonces no se hizo. En el primer día no hubo agua caliente y en el segundo sí. No vale lo que se paga por el hospedaje.

Pros:

La vista ! Desde la habitación se ve el mar que está a 2 minutos caminando! Y es playa muy tranquila y privada! Quedan restaurantes muy cerca e incluso el Malecón!

Cons:

Se que hace calor pero si hace falta que salga agua más calientita del teléfono, no del lavabo, le hace falta una pintadita a lo metálico para que quede muy bien! Hay que preguntar llegando el nombre del perro porque en la noche si te ladra! Pero ahí estaba la dueña pa controlarlo!
