Ik heb een heel prettig verblijf gehad en zou zeker nog eens terugkomen.
Pros:

Alles beviel me uitstekend. Alles was netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. De communicatie verliep vlot en vriendelijk. Ik heb een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad en kan deze plek zeker aanbevelen. Bedankt!

Cons:

Het enige wat ik niet begreep, was dat ik tijdens het ontbijt extra moest betalen voor een cappuccino. Dat zou op zich geen probleem zijn geweest, maar het was eigenlijk geen cappuccino, eerder gewoon koffie met melk. Dat vond ik een beetje vreemd.

Pros:

The hotel was modern, beautiful, and well designed, with very friendly staff. The chef was excellent — the food was amazing, beautifully presented, and offered at a reasonable price for the quality.

Cons:

What I didn’t like:
The casino next to the reception affected the hotel’s atmosphere, as people coming directly from the street did not match the hotel’s standard. A separate entrance for the casino would be more appropriate. Reception staff not speaking fluent Slovak in a country where Slovak is the official language is a major red flag.
