Está bien. Pero las atenciónes pésimas. Empezando por recepción. No atienden bien y con su cara. Otra las de la cocina al márcales contestan desde ahí feo. Y lo peor me picaron chinches en 4 lugares de el cuerpo hasta tome una foto de la chinche.. en el ojo me picaron y estaba súper inflamado hable a recepción y no solocionaron nada. Está pésimo el servicio.

Cons:

Ya lo mencioné todo arriba. Y la pantalla no se conecta a internet o Bluetooth tu. Nada pudimos ver.

Safe and very pleasant place to stay.
Pros:

Our room was spacious. The staff was excellent. Our room was made up every day and the front desk clerk remembered us every time we came and went. The restaurant on site had a delicious made to order breakfast every day that was included (120 pesos per person. We paid the difference if we ordered more than that). The hotel felt very safe and secure. The parking area was gated and we always felt our rental car was was safe.

Cons:

The hotel is on a very busy street that always had bad traffic.
The beds were too firm. But better than too soft
