Pésima experiencia en el hotel e incumplimiento total de Booking.com

Estaba cerca al terminal de trenes y es centrico.

Cons:

La estancia en el Hotel Schröder fue una pésima experiencia. La habitación presentaba graves problemas de insalubridad por la presencia de insectos. Al reportar la situación, el administrador reaccionó con total hostilidad y agresividad y nos echó del hotel a medianoche.
Acudimos a Booking.com en busca de ayuda. Un primer asesor nos aconsejó salir del hotel dada la gravedad de la situación y prometió contactarnos, lo cual nunca sucedió. Posteriormente, otro asesor nos indicó buscar otro alojamiento de emergencia asegurando que Booking se haría cargo de los gastos adicionales. A pesar de haber enviado todas las fotografías, facturas y comprobantes requeridos, y de que confirmaron que teníamos la razón y que realizarían el reembolso, hasta el momento no han cumplido con lo prometido. Una profunda decepción tanto por la insalubridad del hotel como por el incumplimiento y la falta de respaldo de Booking.com. DESACONSEJO USAR BOOKING

,de behulpzaamheid,de leuke to do tips en niet te vergeten de geweldige communicatie.Een heel bijzonder hotel waar je zeker weer terug gaat komen.Sombrero!!!

Für meine Bedürfnisse war alles erfüllt und ausreichend für mein Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ist 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof, 15 min von Madame Tussaud entfernt ( oder das königliche Museum) in 10 min gelangt man schon zum De Wall, neben dem Hotel befindet sich Albert heijn Supermarkt zum Selbstversorgung, daneben gibt es ein Waschsalon in dem man seine Klamotten waschen kann, eine Vielfalt an jeglichen Geschäften, imbissen und alles mögliche an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man direkt auf der Straße in dem man Richtung Zentrum geht. Man kann auch Abkürzungen nehmen wenn man sich auskennt. Für jeglichen Bedarf und Bedürfnise findet man alles eigentlich. Ich hatte einen Einzelzimmer gebucht und das habe ich auch bekommen es war ruhig es gab warmes heißes Wasser ich hatte einen Fernseher in mein Einzelzimmer ein Ventilator sogar einen Kühlschrank und Waschbecken, ein Stuhl und kleinen Tisch,und alles war auch okay für meine Bedürfnisse und mein Aufenthalt über alles ausreichend ! Weil ich die meisten drei Tage von meiner Unterkunft die meisten Stunden draußen verbracht habe in und um Amsterdam herum bis zaandvort an de zee , und das hotelzimmer eigentlich zum Schlafen , Duschen... ( ab und zu mittags ein kleines Nickerchen um fitt wieder unterwegs zu sein) ..benutzt habe und nicht dort rum zu gammeln. Ich war auch zwei Tage in Zandvoort am Strand das auch mit dem Zug eigentlich in 30 Minuten Nähe ist ! Eine hervorragende Situation in dem man sich in jede Richtung beliebig bewegen kann wenn man sich auskennt . Man sollte schon wissen wenn man in Amsterdam kommt was man will und was man tun möchte um nicht unnötig Kilometer weit rumzulaufen und dann erschöpft ist weil das macht keinen Sinn. Das Hotel Schroder ist ein Geheimtipp und Favorit ! Preis Leistung stimmt und die Wohnort Lage ist echt ruhig Tags über aber auch nachts ,es gibt kein Straßenlärm wie in anderen Hotel oder Hostel im Inneren des Zentrums, wo dort man wiederum kein Supermarkt ,und Waschsalon in der Nähe hat und es echt lauter ist da man direkt in der belebten Umgebung ist.

Horrible place- Staff were ok, but they ahould work harder to make the rooms clean at the very least.

The room was dirty, floors were filthy, i didn’t want to touch floors with my bare feet so wore my shoes the whole time. The fridge in the room was ridiculously loud. The bed sheets were stained and maybe not even clean, the pillows and quilt were very very old and discoloured. Bathrooms were shared and dirty, showers were extremely old and hard to get a normal temperature, just impossible to figure out.

Bij aankomst had ik veel spijt . Ik wouw bijna gelijk weggaan. Maar omdat ik pas om 23:00 daar. Ik had geen Sander keuze. Ik wouw ook zaterdag contact nemen met boeking.com . De prijs wat ik had betaald is niet waard voor een kamer die net een kip hok.

Un séjour totalement réussi
Pros:

La proximité de tout, la tranquillité,le réceptionniste toujours présent pour tout, à l’écoute même si la langue étais une barrière pour nous ,il fit tout pour nous donner ce que nous demandions, enrobé d’une gentillesse incroyable et de conseils vraiment utile pour notre séjour

Cons:

La chambre avait un lit confortable et cela était l’essentiel pour nous 3 ! Les deux autres personnes ayant une autre chambre furent contents de leurs literies !
