La ubicación. Literalmente sales y a diez pasos estás en el Zócalo.

Cons:

Aunque ya sabía que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, pasamos mucho calor y el abanico del techo no era suficiente. Tenía ventana pero daba al patio de paso así que tampoco la podíamos/queríamos dejar abierta.
