Very good stay in a very safe and comfortable environment.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to city centre. It was 5min walk to bus stop to the airport.
The Hotel was brand new.

Cons:

The room desk location was not very appropriate.

Thank you very much to the entire staff for the excellent service. A special thank you to the reception team, and especially to Natasha, who was wry helpful with different questions we had and welcoming. They create the impression of a hotel with a high standard of service! Will be back for sure!

Pros:

Обрала готель на одну ніч перед вильотом.
Дуже вдале розташування - поруч центр, але тихо.
Номер чистий, гарно пахне. Досить привітний персонал. Моя мама впала і потрібна була допомога медичного персоналу- адміністрація викликала швидку, все організували. Дуже за це вдячна

Всегда останавливаемся здесь, когда посещаем Кишинев. Отличное расположение, отель небольшой, но чистый и в нем есть, все что нужно

Cons:

Не понравилось, то что мы забронировали номер в 23:50, приехали на заселение в 02:00. Мы сразу предупредили, что нам будет нужен поздний выезд в 20:00, на ресепшен сказали «хорошо». После чего мы заплатили за сутки + дополнительно еще 50% за поздние выселение. После того как мы оплатили, нам через пол часа на ресепшен сообщили, что по их правилам мы должны выселиться в 16:00, а если мы хотим выселиться в 20:00, то нам нужно заплатить еще одну полную стоимость за сутки. Хотя когда мы оплачивали, нам сказали что если мы хотим освободить номер в 20:00, то должны заплатить еще +50% (как мы и сделали).
Вообщем меняют правила сами для себя. Заплатили за одно, а после требуют другое.

Позже, когда мы проявили свое недовольство, то нам зачем-то сказали что мы можем остаться до 20:00, но только если удалим свое бронирование на сайте Букинг. Зачем это делать, так и не объяснили.

Вот такое у них свинское отношение к своим клиентам. И это при том что наша семья в этом отеле останавливалась больше 10 раз.

Pros:

Good Location, big and clean room, refrigerator full of soft drinks and snacks, elevator, good price

Cons:

Common key to open the room instead of electronic key, very slippery floor in the shower, no breakfast available in hotel.
