Waardeloos nog nooit meegemaakt zeer slechte communicatie

De ligging

Cons:

Er waren muizen op de kamer en op de gang
Het was midden in de nacht dus slecht geslapen.
Volgende ochtend gemeld bij de receptie maar die verstond geen Nederlands .
In de middag contact opgenomen met het hotel maar die beweerde dat dat onmogelijk was dat er muizen waren.

Prima naar ons zin gehad.
Pros:

Hartelijke en service verlenende medewerkers bij in- en uitcheck.
Totaal geen geluidsoverlast, ook niet van buiten. Bijzonder!

Centraal, maar niet heel schoon.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Amersfoort. Dat was heel fijn!
Ontvangst was heel prettig.
Het bed was prima.

Cons:

Het stonk naar rook.
Ook de kraan in de badkamer en de voegen in de douche waren niet echt schoon.

Nice room, pity about the noise outside. Must improve the breakfast!
Pros:

Convenient, easy to find and the room was clean and comfortable. However, as a double room it would have been very cramped (I stayed on my own in what was supposed to be a double bed).

Cons:

It is located on a busy city square with outdoor cafes and the noise continued into the middle of the night - even though I was there in the middle of a quiet week in April, so was not expecting to be kept awake like that.
Breakfast was served in a cafeteria opposite the hotel. It was very limited- no fresh fruit or yoghurt, no hot food, just bread and a small range of cold meats/cheeses/jams. Not worth the additional 10 Euros.
