Design hotelkamer vlakbij treinstation met origineel ontbijt
Pros:

De inrichting van ontvangstruimtes en kamer, het originele ontbijt. De ligging in het centrum van Middelburg en vlakbij treinstation, wij reisden per trein.

Cons:

Bij ons werkte de thermostaat niet goed, maar dat kan een incident geweest zijn. Verder niks aan te merken.

Perfekter Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und war ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders begeistert haben uns die grosszügigen Suiten/Zimmer. Sie sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Optimaler Aufenthalt wie in den Vorjahren.
Pros:

Die Unterstützung des Personals bei Rückfrage war zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet sich als optimaler Standort zu Fuss oder mit dem Fahrzeug an.
Die Zimmerausstattung wie auch der Aussenbereich sind optimal.

Cons:

Das Regeln der Klimaanlage hat mit Hürden funktioniert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gemütlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Die von manchen kritisch bemerkte Glastür an der Toilette fanden wir nur störend, weil das Licht mit Bewegungsmelder funktioniert und man es nicht nach der Benutzung selbst ausstellen konnte.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ein kleiner minus Punkt für uns persönlich war das von vielen gelobte Frühstück. Ich fand es ungünstig, dass man aus organisatorischen Gründen einen timeslot von 30 Minuten angeben soll, in dem man frühstücken kommt. Da wir im Urlaub waren, hatten wir eigentlich keinen festen Zeitplan und waren so etwas unflexibel, was das Ausschlafen angeht.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt hat uns beim Frühstück etwas die Abwechslung gefehlt. Die hübsch angerichteten Kleinigkeiten wiederholten sich im Großen und Ganzen im zweitägigen Rhythmus.

Fantastische verblijf gehad!
Pros:

De kamer, zeer schoon, goed bed, airco (even puzzelen hoe die uit moet maar gewoon de temp hoger zetten voor de hele nacht) en een stortdouche, heerlijk allemaal!!! En ook het personeel zeer vriendelijk!!

Cons:

Het ontbijt: is zeer persoonlijk maar geef ons maar een normaal broodjes/croissantjes ontbijt. Met gekookte eieren of scrambled eggs.
Nu waren er ‘gezonde alternatieven ‘ , luxe hoor maar wij houden daar niet van. En als toetje een of ander koud gekruid goedje (ondefinieerbaar voor ons) met bonen en tomaten.
Tip: tegenover jullie zit een warme bakker met heerlijke vers gebakken broodjes! Zou ik voor dat geld wel iets mee willen regelen!
