Muy buen espacio. Calmo y traquilo!
Pros:

Maravillosa abitacion con cama limpia y colchon muy comodo. Un placer estar en la ducha. Lindo lugar, muy tranquilo y calmo. Buen personal atento y disponble. Gracias a todos y sobretodo a Julian, Ulise, el mayordomo, Rosario, Jesus, Monica, Alejandra y todo lo staff interno y externo. Absolutamente recomendado por viajeros solos, parejas y familias.

Very recommend! Little oasis in the middle of Paradies.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning place, the pools are amazing, it’s calm, it’s close to the beach and the architecture is super modern and individualized. We absolutely loved it. The interior of the rooms are super modern and they have everything you need, including a coffee Mashine. We loved drinking our morning coffee hearing and watching the birds and having a nice dip into the pool. Also the guys working there are honest und helpful.

Exceptionnel! Une parenthèse paradisiaque!
Pros:

Exceptionnel ! La plage est magnifique, l'hôtel et la piscine sont superbes ! Et un grand merci pour la communication et le service parfait. La réception de l'hôtel nous a même aidés à réserver un bus pour Oaxaca, et nous a renvoyé un objet que nous avions oublié sur place. Je recommande sans hésitation, super séjour, une parenthèse paradisiaque :) Nous reviendrons !

Juste incroyable, lieu magnifique, chambres originales et faites avec goût,imagination et soins,piscine paradisiaque et abritée du soleil pour les heures les plus chaudes, localisation idéale, au calme avec toutes les activités à proximité, personnel hyper accessible, gentil, accueillant et donnant des conseils objectifs et avisé.
On a passé un séjour idéal !

Rien, c'était le meilleur logement qu'on a eu au Mexique a ce jour.

Wunderschönes kleines Paradise
Pros:

- die Anlage war wirklich ein Traum, wie ein kleines Paradise. Sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die beiden Pools sind besonders toll. Das ganze Gelände ist nicht barrierefrei.
- die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Auch hier war alles makellos sauber.
- die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Tagsüber war immer jemand vor Ort. Bei der Abreise wurde uns sogar ein Sammeltaxi angehalten und mit dem Gepäck geholfen, man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
- die Lage war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ein wenig abgelegener vom Zentrum, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Man war in keinen 10 Minuten sowohl am Strand, als auch bei allen Restaurants. Nach Mazunte kommt man unkompliziert mit einem Sammeltaxi, welches direkt vor der Tür hält.
- Sollte es mich noch einmal an diesen Ort verschlagen, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen : )

Cons:

- Meines Wissens nach befindet sich über Nacht kein Personal auf dem Gelände. Das Tor wird nicht vollständig geschlossen. Man kann zwar die Container abschließen, aber das Bad ist offen. Ich habe mich zwar sehr sicher gefühlt, ein Einbruchspotenzial ist aber gegeben. Ich hätte es besser gefunden, wenn das Haupttour geschlossen und mit einem Code versehen werden würde.

This hotel is a spectacular, hidden gem!
Pros:

This hotel is a hidden gem for several reasons:

1. The staff is remarkable!!! Ulises, the manager, was incredibly helpful when I mistakenly missed my bus from the airport. Gave me step by step instructions. The cleaning crew was so sweet and left everything so impeccably clean Everytime.

2. The room itself is perfect. The king bed, the clothes storage the shower. Everything was perfect!

3. The pool! A complete oasis tucked under a canopy of trees.

4. The coffee in the room, spectacular!!

5. The location. Every bus (colectivo) you need stops in front of the hotel. You're a few mins walk from amazing restaurants (El Macegante).

Beautiful facility in the little village of San Augustinillo. The room (and the shower) was cozy, nestled among beautiful trees.

Cons:

The place looks like an oasis of tranquillity of peace and relaxation, with your room overlooking beautiful swimming pools surrounded by nature. This atmosphere is somewhat spoiled if the pool is filled with noisy children from morning to night. Children obviously have the right to play, but perhaps the facility could implement some rules to ensure peace and privacy for the other guests.
