Magnifique endroit pour se ressourcer
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique,le personnel adorable,le petit déjeuner et les produits de toilette

Cons:

L odeur des toilettes sèches était insupportable et le lit d’appoint pour enfant est juste horriblement inconfortable ,les prises de courant qui fonctionne très mal

Die Lage war wirklich wunderschön

Cons:

Die Hotelanlage wirkte verlassen, ein Personal war nur beim Einchecken anwesend, ansonsten nicht, selbst beim auschecken war niemand da. Man hat sich nicht willkommen gefühlt. Es machte auch den Anschein als wären wir die einzigen Gäste gewesen. Die Anlage wirkt wenig gepflegt, auch der schöne Bereich direkt an der Lagune war nicht gepflegt überall lagen rostige alte Nägel und Schrauben. Sehr schade. Es hätte durchaus Potential.

Cadre merveilleux
Pros:

Le cadre , merveilleux, avec des aménagements dans la lagune afin d en profiter.
Le logement très joli et la douche extérieure superbe .
Le personnel très serviable et agréable .

Cons:

Il manquait de lumière dans la chambre , et l' hôtel manque un peu d entretient notamment au niveau de la réception qui n' est pas soignée.

Le personnel super gentil

Cons:

Les moustiquaires sont très abîmé elles ne protège pas contre les moustiques
Mal insonorisé mais forcément puisque ce sont des cabanes

Pros:

I had visited this place before, and this time it was very difficult to find any peace to rest. There is a construction taking place next door, and it took a couple of days for the owners to be able to contact the neighboring property and ask them to reduce the noise. They were working even at night, with electric saws and loud music. Eventually, they managed to get things under control, but this had already affected our entire first weekend there.

The management was very kind and offered me compensation for a future visit. However, I remembered this place very fondly, and now it feels generally neglected. The facilities are almost the same as before—it’s as if time has stood still. There are cobwebs and areas that are clearly worn down.

Both the night watchman and the staff are wonderful people who did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible despite everything that was happening. They even helped us at one point during our trip when we needed a short ride and there were no taxis available. We are very grateful to them—they are truly the best part of the place, always attentive and helpful—but we are convinced that the owners are not making the necessary improvements to the property.

Cons:

At times, the place feels almost abandoned, lacking proper infrastructure. The location itself is beautiful, which makes it all the more unfortunate to see it in this condition. There are wooden lounge chairs that are broken or badly worn, old kayak equipment, and so on.

We write this with great affection, as we had grown very fond of these cabins during our honeymoon. This experience was not the same. Hopefully, they will take action soon to revive the space, especially since there are now many nearby places that are far more attractive for relaxing and spending time in better conditions.

really not great at communicating, and the place is falling apart
Pros:

the fact that itis in the middle of nowhere. The man at the restaurant was trying his best, and he is the only staff available.

Cons:

we had to leave before what we had planned, because my mother passed away, i tried contacting the property never had an answer, not by phone nor email.
the place itself has this feeling of what it could've been if you like rustic, basic facilities it's your place...

Cabañas al aire libre
Pros:

Son cabañas super bonitas en medio de la selva, si te gusta la naturaleza es ideal. El personal encantador, siempre con una sonrisa y con muchas ganas de ayudar y darnos buenos consejos. La comida excepcional, tanto el desayuno que entra en el alojamiento como la cena que la hicimos extra.

Cons:

Los accesos al hotel son horribles, una carretera de arena casi impracticable de los socavones que tiene, el primer día quisimos darnos la vuelta porque pensábamos que no podía tener un hotel tan mal acceso. El baño está al aire libre, nos coincidió época de frío y no nos pudimos duchar por la noche. Esta lejos del centro de Bacalar

Würde es wieder buchen!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, die Hütte einfach aber trotzdem komfortabel und sauber und charmant mit kleinem Wasserfall als Dusche (brauchte dadurch etwas bis warmes Wasser kam...aber ein tolles Erlebnis 😁). Das Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll und detailorientiert gestaltet.

Cons:

Bei der Lage muss einem bewusst sein, dass ein Taxi notwendig ist für den Transport (Fahrrad und zu Fuss schlecht erreichbar). Ansonsten wirklich schöne Lage direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Zugang (Steg und kleiner Rasenstrand).

Lugar de ensueño
Pros:

El personal, Javier, Carlos y Epifanio siempre están atentos para lo que necesites, son personas muy agradables y amables.
La comida del restaurante está buenísima y la relación calidad-precio es la mejor que he encontrado en mis 15 días por la zona de playa del Carmen y Bacalar.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me guste, pero como crítica constructiva, mejoraría los servicios de las cabañas.
La ducha tiene poca presión y tarda en salir agua caliente. Las almohadas de las camas no son del todo cómodas. Pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia.
Necesitaría servicios de self-service. Máquinas expendedoras de café, refresco y cervezas, así como Snacks para los horarios que no hay restaurante que es de 09:00 PM a 08:00 AM.

Stupenda oasi nella laguna di Bacalar! Personale disponibilissimo e gentile! È un sogno ad occhi aperti. Ci è piaciuto anche il concetto ecologico della nostra camera e del bagno! Ottima la possibilità di usare il kayak

Cons:

Attenzione alla strada sterrata per arrivarci. Ma non fatevi intimidire, ne vale la pena!
Forse le zanzariere potrebbero essere cambia per essere un po' più protettive
