Wonderful stay with exceptional service, great safety, and perfect location!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay in Maastricht! The hotel staff were incredibly nice and friendly. On our last day, they let us store our luggage for free, and they were even kind enough to keep our chocolates in the fridge for us!
The location is perfect and highly convenient—it’s only about 100 meters from the train station and 650 meters from an AH (Albert Heijn) supermarket.
We were given the best room—it was very spacious with a private bathroom and large windows that let in plenty of light. Thank you so much! Although you need the staff to open the main door every time you enter, which could be slightly inconvenient for some, it actually made us feel much safer and more secure.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that there is no elevator, and the staircase is a bit narrow and steep, making it a bit challenging to carry heavy luggage. Luckily, our room was a corner room on the first floor (European 1st floor / TW 2nd floor), so it wasn't a big problem for us at all. Highly recommended! ^_^

The location is good

Cons:

It is a rundown place with the worst mattress on earth, and you don't even get a key for the front door. Communication is slow and in hot weather it's impossible to stay in the room. For this it is also very expensive as I changed the hotel after several sleepiness nights to a modern hotel with aircon and a great mattress for a similar price. I lost money, but just couldn't stay there any longer.
