Pros:

Great location, modern and clean. Loved the restaurant and bar downstairs

Cons:

There is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage.

Cons:

Leider kühlte die Klima das Zimmer nicht runter und ist immer an und aus gegangen die ganze Zeit. Aus der Dusche kam ein wirklich sehr unangenehmer Geruch da es aus dem Ablauf im Zimmer gezogen ist. Duschkopf war kaputt und das Wasser ist nicht abgelaufen in der Dusche.

Excellent location, clean rooms and delicious food.
Pros:

The food was excellent. One of the best porchetta ever eaten. The potato wedges were great as well.
The staff was very educated, especially the receptionist who has helped me with printing the boarding pass.

Everyone very helpful, great rooms, great hygien, great stuff. Perfect breakfast, restaurant is also perfect. Hotel is in exactly the heart of Kocani. I'll miss everyone I met from the stuff.

Cozy Stay with Excellent Service and Food
Pros:

A nice, cozy hotel in the city center. Clean and warm rooms and comfortable bed. The restaurant is very pleasant, offering excellent food. The personnel is extremely polite and welcoming—from reception to the waitstaff, everyone was great.

Cons:

Everything perfect, nothing to dislike.
