Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with bus stops nearby that make it very easy to explore all of Malta.

The hotel itself isn’t luxurious, but it offers everything you need. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was good.

One of the best things about this hotel was the staff. They were genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-out was at 11 a.m., but since our flight was late in the evening, they kindly allowed us to stay by the hotel pool until 5 p.m. We really appreciated this gesture, as it made our last day so much more relaxing.

A big thank you to the amazing staff for their hospitality. They are the reason we would happily stay here again!

Pros:

We were moved to another hotel, which we were told was of a higher standard. Unfortunately, the first room was disappointing – the window faced a wall, making the room feel very dark and enclosed. I had booked and paid for a room with a balcony, so I asked for the room I had reserved. After two days, we were moved to a different room with a balcony, but the standard was still only average.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfasts were very good with a nice selection of food. However, the dinners were disappointing and the quality could be improved.

Cons:

The dinner was poor. There is no air conditioning

Déçu , c’était sale , le ménage n’est pas fait correctement..

Le point positif c’est la piscine , le petit déjeuné est correct.. mini frigo dans la chambre.

Cons:

Les dessus de lit étaient sales et tachés , la télé ne fonctionnait pas , la Clim n’était pas froide, à notre arrivée l’évier était bouché on a dû demander au personnel de faire le nécessaire , poussière et saleté sous le lit , interrupteur sale comme du gras dessus..

La posición cómoda para los autobuses y el personal, muy correcto

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy dejadas, viejas, la TV no funciona, en el lavabo le cuesta al agua bajar del lavamanos y del inodoro, también el teléfono de la ducha no iba bien y había perdidas de agua de la columna del lavamanos.

The main advantages were the location as it was conveniently situated near bus stops and ferry terminals for cruises. The staff were also very nice.

Where should I start?

First of all, the air conditioning was practically non-existent. We changed rooms, but it was the same everywhere. We were told that the system was centralized, but we could not feel any cool air at all. On top of that, it made an unbearable noise. There was also a fan in the room, but it was useless as it was only blowing warm air, which suggests that the air conditioning system was not working properly.

As for the room itself, there were several issues: broken tiles, a broken door handle, a bathroom tap that did not work, power outlets located far from the beds, and curtains that did not block out enough light in the morning. We are on vacation, after all, and a good level of comfort is expected.

Overall, the room facilities really need to be improved and updated.

Regarding breakfast, it was very basic. Having more choices of fruit and pastries would have been appreciated.

В цілому готель досить непоганий. А Мальта дуже гарна.
Pros:

Готель 1 година їзди на автобусі від аеропорту, вартість 2,5 євро квиток. Недалеко до пляжу, набережної. Автобусом від готелю можна доїхати в будь-яку точку Мальти. 25 хв пішки знаходиться Лідл. Відносно смачні непогані сніданки.

Cons:

Готель потребує реінкарнації та ремонту. Унітаз тече, з ванни підтікає, меблі застарілі, кондиціонер погано холодить. Подушка жахлива, неможливо було на ній спати.
На розетки потрібен перехідник, бо розетки як у Англії та Ірландії. В номері немає. Але поряд можна купити в магазині за 3 євро.
