staff bagus , sangat responsive .

Cons:

tak suka waktu check out lama kena tunggu . dekat kaunter ada 3 orang staff , satu staff entertain la satu pelanggan . ni 3 orang staff entertain satu pelanggan , jenuh orang belakang kena tunggu lama .

Paling dekat dengan Terminal Larkin dan banyak kedai2 di sekitar hotel.. walaupun bilik single tak ada aircond, suhu dalam bilik tetap sejuk sebab ada exhaust fan (silent) yang supply udara segar..

Pros:

Can't complain about the complimentary breakfast. Location is superb. Staff is exemplary. Property is very run down with no maintenance. The constant cleaning by hardworking janitorial staff is unable to bring up the sparkle because the toilet doors and frames are in very bad condition. So are the hoses for the bidet, toilet bowls and cistern tanks and wash basins.

I’d stay here again, if I was taking a bus the following day
Pros:

For the money spent and location across from the bus station, this property was good value.

Cons:

I got what was advertised and it was fine for me. The only thing that would’ve been more comfortable would have been if the bathrooms were a bit more modern.

1) Difficult to get parking.
2) Mattress a bit hard
