Sehr gemütliches, schönes Hotel. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück und das Personal konnten überzeugen.
Das Hotel war schon sehr teuer. Wobei angemerkt werden muss, dass das für alle Hotels in Longyearbyen gleichermassen gilt. Trotzdem werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Location, cleanness, food
Geräumige Zimmer mit kompletter Ausstattung. Lage im Zentrum des Dorfes, 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Super gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr saubere Zimmer, tolle Betten und mega freundliches Personal. Wir haben gleich nochmal das Hotel vor Ort für 2 Nächte gebucht. Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig und das Abendessen im Hotel spitze.
Das Hotel liegt an der Einkaufsstrasse. In der Lobby hat es bequeme Sessel und Sofas, wo man entspannen und den Tag/Abend geniessen kann. Kaffee und Tee stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude, direkt gegenüber vom Haupteingang. Es war hell, sauber und das Bad war ausreichend gross.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein. Es gab Aufschnitt, Käse, Eier, Würstchen, Joghurt, Früchte, Pancakes, verschiedene Brote etc. Somit war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Tolle Lage, prima Frühstück und nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The bathroom seemed a bit tricky with the drain, it kind of spread water all over the floor.
I think the hotel could use an upgrade with a sauna or hot tub - would be a big plus.
Everything, in particular the bed and the breakfast. It is also very cozy.

too hot, water in the shower was tepid/cold. i didn't think it was worth the money. Also the breakfast was very poor with little choice and a dearth of fresh fruit. it felt more like a student cafe than a hotel.
