Das Hotel liegt an der Einkaufsstrasse. In der Lobby hat es bequeme Sessel und Sofas, wo man entspannen und den Tag/Abend geniessen kann. Kaffee und Tee stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude, direkt gegenüber vom Haupteingang. Es war hell, sauber und das Bad war ausreichend gross.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein. Es gab Aufschnitt, Käse, Eier, Würstchen, Joghurt, Früchte, Pancakes, verschiedene Brote etc. Somit war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Tolle Lage, prima Frühstück und nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The bathroom seemed a bit tricky with the drain, it kind of spread water all over the floor.
I think the hotel could use an upgrade with a sauna or hot tub - would be a big plus.

too hot, water in the shower was tepid/cold. i didn't think it was worth the money. Also the breakfast was very poor with little choice and a dearth of fresh fruit. it felt more like a student cafe than a hotel.
Everything, in particular the bed and the breakfast. It is also very cozy.
Very great stay. We were really happy with our room. Black out curtains was sufficient enough for sleeping during the midnight sun. You can also half open the windows to let fresh air in which was a huge plus for us. Breakfast was nice and adequate. They also have free coffee almost all day long. Very nice and positive staff.
Nothing i can think of. But just a heads up, you need to take off your shoes before entering the hotel which is normal in most places in Longyearbyen. And they give slippers for you
Sehr ruhig und gemütlich, zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal. War unser driter Aufenthalt hier und wir kommen sicher wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Location is the only positive about this hotel
Everything! Terrible fixtures and fittings, badly thought out layout, no sound proofing between rooms. Top rates charged but no one to help with bags, a ridiculous rule about taking your shoes off on entry, no coffee machine, an hour and a half to get a hot chocolate because there was one young girl in charge of absolutely everything in the hotel. This was budget decor, service & facilities charging 5* prices. Daylight robbery to be frank. Avoid and stay at Funken Hotel instead.
