Our first choice for Longyearbyen
Pros:

The hotel is overall well maintained and for us it is the best choice in Longyearbyen - very nice modern interiors, wooden floors, the room (we were given an up-grade) was spacious as was the bathroom; obviously somebody took some efforts to decorate the room properly in "arctic style" with polar bear prints and wooden walls. The hallways/staircase were nice and modern and it was very clean. The staff were friendly and the food we had for dinner was very tasty. If we ever come back we would stay here.

Cons:

It was most likely the most expensive option in town but we enjoyed the hotel, especially as it was the end of our trip.

Tolles, gemütliches Hotel direkt im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches, schönes Hotel. Die Lage direkt im Zentrum ist hervorragend. Auch das Frühstück und das Personal konnten überzeugen.

Cons:

Das Hotel war schon sehr teuer. Wobei angemerkt werden muss, dass das für alle Hotels in Longyearbyen gleichermassen gilt. Trotzdem werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
