La ubicación, esta todo alrededor, tiendas,bares,comida,la catedral todo esta al pie del hotel,me encantó ke tiene elevador,en pocas palabras es un buen hotel,no le hizo falta nada,ah y tienen café en la noche y en la mañana en el lobby.

Cons:

Bueno,es entendible ke no dejen fumar, yo tampoco lo hago dentro de mi casa ni dentro de mi carro,pero tienen una terraza en la azotea al aire libre y tampoco dejan,también por eso agarre este hotel,si dejan llevar bebidas alcohólicas,el cuento eske cada ke keria fumar salia a la calle🤨

No fueron nada contemplantes, el hotel solo esperaba una sola opción de reserva pago por adelantado y no podía abonar mediante booking como suelo hacer con otros prestadores! Pésima atención

El personal es muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena por ser tan central. Junto al hotel hay varios sitios para comer que realmente no son tan costosos, así que vale mucho la pena hospedarse aquí.

Staff is horrible, ( THE NIGHT STAFF) no happy faces no greeting, is just te worst hotel in PUEBLA. verry noisy, they start working verry early IN THE MORNING doing cleaning PUSHING TABLES, LOUD TALKING, LAUGHING...THIS IS JUST BAD.!!if you are planning to rest you are looking at the wrong hotel. Pay a Lill bit more and look for something better HARDLY RECOMEND YOU TO DO THAT.

Este es un hotel poco recomendable, el Staff de la noche es lo peor que he visto en mis multiples viajes a puebla, el hotel tiene buena ubicacion, y esta limpio, pero es muy ruidoso y no puedes dormir, la gente del hotel comienza a trabajar muy temprano EMPUJANDO MESAS , MOVIENDO SILLAS Y HABLANDO EN VOZ ALTA, si planea venir a puebla y descanzar, le recomiendo pague un poco mas y estara mejor, hay varios hoteles en la zona ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLES, pero este hotel en especial NO.
