Excellent hotel, perhaps one of the best in Pokhara. Air conditioning / heater in room. Good breakfast.
Nice morning view and walkable distance to lakeside. And the owner was very friendly.

The manager is really Awesome
It is overall a nice Hotel, comfy and mostly clean with pretty much everything you need including a nice A/C, a mini fridge and a Balkony with two chairs and enough space to properly stretch your legs.
The room was decently big and made a good impression.
Two things that really bugged me where:
That it is not allowed to bring ANY Foods or drinks from outside. I have been in 8 other Hotels during my Nepal journey and non of them had such a ridiculous rule.
You are even threatened with a 2000 rupee fine.
That gave me a really bad feeling about this hotel from the beginning.
The other thing: there was a WiFi network but it sadly didn't work for the whole of my 7 day stay. According to another rating that is not a new problem.
Also, there were orange stains on the bedsheets and towel, but I assume that's just rust stains?

some rooms are a bit broken compared to others: for example, in our second room it was broken bathroom shelf, but in the same room before (but the next floor) it was all nice
