It is nice for a short stay and good value for money
Pros:

Very good location! super nice hosting family :) rooms are big, hotel room equipment is good nothing missing.

Cons:

Looks like a hotel room but there is no room cleaning service. There were ants in the bathroom

Really good value for the price! The location is super convenient, very close to Tha Phae Gate and easy to walk to lots of restaurants, cafés, and tourist spots. The owner was really friendly and helpful throughout the stay

Top location!
Pros:

Top location, almost in front of the Tha Phae Gate, with restaurants and other shops around. Huge room, with comfy bed and pillows. Quiet, despite being in the middle of the city.

Cons:

- Not a problem in itself, but for those with mobility issues, be aware that the guest house has steep stairs!
- Low shower pressure.
- A decent mirror would be much appreciated.
- The small windows could have a blinder as well.

It is ok. Expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Very well located very close to the old town.

Cons:

The room needs some painting. Time much old furniture in the room.
The bed was very hard.
