Pros:

The bed was the best!! So comfy and had the best sleep

Cons:

Construction in front of hotel. Dangerous a little bit and difficult for Bolt to come by

員工都超讚100萬分，其他入住舒適度普通，附近有施工工程，帶著行李走不是很方便。
Pros:

櫃檯員工人都超級好!!!每一位都非常親切且願意協助。房間有免費小零食、瓶裝水。早上~下午2點有提供免費的小點心自助吧，但非常簡單，我是沒有使用過。

Cons:

廁所有螞蟻(跟櫃台要了殺蟲劑噴之後就沒有了)。
附近正在施工(長期那種)，噪音部分是沒有聽到，但附近交通容易塞車，重點是拉行李從空鐵走到旅館不是很方便，需要繞一點路，我認為旅館在入住之前應該要提供這方面的資訊協助(比如拉行李從空鐵到旅館的路線)。
窗戶無法打開通風，空調的風吹出來有股潮濕味。
置物空間以入住雙人來說稍微有點小(但夠用)。
旅館TA應該是年輕女性，但沒有全身鏡，化妝鏡前是頂光，室內燈光也稍暗了一點。
水質不是很好，建議自己攜帶過濾器使用。

Sehr zufrieden - kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, schön eingerichtet und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider ist derzeit eine sehr große Baustelle neben der Unterkunft weshalb es die ganze Nacht sehr hell und laut im Zimmer war.

โรงแรมสะอาดดีค่ะ ที่นอนนุ่มมาก ห้องอาบน้ำ น้ำไหลแรงดี น้ำอุ่นไว

ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง เสียงรถ เสียงจากข้างนอกได้ยินหมด แล้วตอนนี้มีก่อสร้างหน้าโรงแรม เสียงดังมาก ขนาดใส่ที่อุดหูยังได้ยิน ถ้าใครคิดจะมาพักรอก่อสร้างเสร็จก่อนค่อยมา เพราะเค้าก่อสร้างกันทั้งคืน

Perfect place to shop and transiting to airport and very good price. This perfectly asthetic hotel with pocket friendly

Very welcoming & good service crew there!

Cons:

For now, since there is construction going on in pratunam. Therefore, traffic can be crazy. But it’s not the hotel fault anyways. They provide some earplugs to avoid noises from construction.

We loved our stay at Bonsai Hotel and will return in a week!
Pros:

Located very close to Ratchaprarop Station, Pratunam Market, Platinum fashion and beauty mall.

Cons:

Construction outside the hotel, but that is completely beyond the hotels control, so it is fine.

Had a great stay at this beautiful property.
Pros:

A beautiful and aesthetic hotel! The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. The bathroom was also really nice, with good-quality amenities provided by the hotel.

There was a construction site nearby, which caused heavy traffic and made it difficult to get a taxi.

Amazing 🤩
