Improve the facilities 1st to meet thecust's need
Pros:

Near to the beach

Cons:

Water pressure is very slow, even to take shower was not comfortable
The staircase was damage..dangerous for kids
Outside the room, unuse matress
Safety- door to the balcony- no manual lock from inside
