Pros:

The location near the lake.

Cons:

The terrible window accoustics, the sounds of the street heard in the room, the mediocre Indian breakfast, the open shower in the bathroom, very little space for breakfast.

The owner and staff are very courteous and helpful
Pros:

The staff was excellent in every way. A big shout out to one staff member in particular. Amisha at the front desk helped secure a medication that I forgot at home. She spent personal travel time helping me with this. I actually stayed four nights instead of one that was originally scheduled. There was absolutely no problems with this hotel.

Cons:

I hate to complain because the place was excellent. One minor irritation was that the bathroom and shower were connected. This means that when you showered, the floor was wet for a while until either you use a towel to dry it off or just waited.
