Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, clean and love that the shower is separate so water doesn’t go all over the bathroom.

Cons:

Would love if more hotels had a large purified water refill station instead of providing individual bottles of water. The less plastic the better.

Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in the back streets of KTM. Surprisingly quiet area and only 2 minutes walk from the hustle. I was kindly upgraded for my stay and the room was huge, lush and comfortable.
Staff were super friendly.
Breakfast served was amazing. Hit the spot.
Luggage storage was also offered and this helped so much.
If you need any advice on trekking, restaurants, cafes all you had to do was ask.
Would rebook in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Very minor; shower had broken shelf and often the shower head would switch to tap mode option on its own.

The property was incredibly beautiful, located on a side street but still close to everything in Thamel that you might need. And it was very quiet. I requested a high floor, and they gave me an amazing room on the highest floor. The staff was incredible. So friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made it a great experience.

Outstanding service in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Staff is incredibly service minded and the hotel is nicely decorated. The space is light, clean and welcoming . Ashish at the reception became like a friend helping us with booking massage, a guide and other great recommendations, so passionate to help. Location also great.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and kindly let us store our bags whilst we were on the trek.

Cons:

The pictures do look similar to the room, but the room felt dated compared to the images and the bathroom had a musty smell so the bathroom door just needed to be kept closed.

Convenienza e ospitalità
Pros:

l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero altissimo: la struttura offre servizi curati e un ambiente accogliente a un costo più che ragionevole. Pulizia delle camere ottima rispetto agli standard locali.
Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è il comfort del letto: materassi e cuscini sono molto comodi, dettaglio fondamentale per riposare bene dopo i trekking o dopo le intense giornate trascorse a esplorare la città.
Ottima posizione, strategica e centrale ma su una via chiusa dove non transitano quasi mai le macchine, zona molto tranquilla. Di fronte all hotel c’è un ottimo ristorante sempre aperto.
La colazione inclusa è soddisfacente, e ho trovato molto utile la possibilità di ricevere un breakfast box quando si deve uscire presto al mattino — un servizio attento alle esigenze dei viaggiatori.
Convenienza e ospitalità premurosa nel cuore di Kathmandu.
