Lovely place, 10/10 staff and food, would recommend the steak.
Pros:

Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. They went above a beyond.

Small issues such as the tv had problems but u made them aware.

Pros:

The check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean, the heating was good and kept us warm overnight.

Cons:

Big impact on our stay was the shower. The water pressure in the room was very poor. I recommend replacing the shower head.

Good location to visit the pancake rocks
Pros:

Rooms are a bit run down and could use a good clean.

Cons:

Shower had nearly no pressure making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. Deep clean would help.

J'ai payé deux fois le même séjour et l'établissement ne répond pas à mes demandes de remboursement.
Cons:

L'établissement a pris une empreinte de ma carte de credit en arrivant puis il m'a débité le séjour. Il a été payé le lendemain par booking. J'ai donc été débité deux fois : 192,08€ le 25/03/26 par l'établissement et 189,78€ par booking le 26/03/26. Je pensais qu'il s'agissait d'une simple erreur mais depuis l'établissement ne répond à aucun de mes mails en direct ou messages via booking et il ne me rembourse pas.
