Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron, era un sótano sin ventanas al exterior. La única ventana tanto del cuarto como del baño daban al lobby del hotel

This hotel compared to North American hotels would be better statused as a 2 star hotel.
Pros:

Staff and Location in Arequipa both very good.

Cons:

Why charge extra for a late checkout? 90 sol to stay another hour past 11 am seemed petty, specially considering that every hotel I've stayed at and asked for a late checkout, if available was free.

We had an excellent stay for this price level.
Very friendly staff, which even was able to speak in English to us most of the time.

Our room didn't have a window, but I don't know how the other rooms are layed out.

Leider hatten wir kein gutes Zimmer.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse auf dem Dach bat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Vulkane.

Cons:

Leider wurde uns ein Zimmer im Souterrain angeboten. Wir konnten zwar das Zimmer wechseln, mussten aber die letzte Nacht doch in den „Keller“. Da fast alle Zimmer die Fenster nach Innen hatten, kann man nicht gut lüften. Bei der Reservierung wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, dass wir ein Zimmer im Souterrain erhalten. Wir hätten dann storniert.

Pros:

O hotel tem uma localização boa, cerca de 10 minutos andando a Praça das Armas, tem restaurante no próprio hotel e no entorno. Cama confortável, quarto amplo. A recepção, em especial Maria Fernanda, muito atenciosa, preparou um kit do café para levarmos ao passeio pois a saída era muito cedo. O café da manhã continental era satisfatório com frutas, suco, iogurte, pão, ovo, queijo, presunto, panqueca. Gostei muito do hotel como todo e recomendo

Estancia relajante muy disfrutable
Pros:

Me ha encantada el trato amable, cercano y a la misma vez cordial y respetuosa que recibí de parte del personal del hotel, especialmente de las recepcionistas con quién más trato tuve durante mi estancia. La cama doble fue cómoda y tanto la habitación cómo el baño bonitos y bien amueblados y aprovistos de todo que pudiera necesitar. La terraza de la azotea fue un espacio que disfruté mucho para relajarme viendo los picos nevados, para disfrutar del aire libre y a veces para leer un rato.

Cons:

El café aguado en el desayuno. Pero todo lo positivo lo recompensó con creces.
