Cons:

Que no tenga agua caliente y que no te puedan resolver ese problema, la verdad el precio tiene que ser la mitad de lo que uno paga, no responden a tus necesidades y las habitaciones muy viejas con camas y almohadas incómodas

Un hotel que cumple.
Pros:

Hay bastante vegetación es lindo. El personal amable, el desayuno variado. Las sábanas estaban limpias.

Cons:

No tienen plancha, solo servicio de planchado
No hay secadora de cabello en los baños
El televisor está muy lejos de la cama
En la habitación que me tocó la puerta del baño no cerraba y el agua de la ducha se demoraba en calentar más de 5 minutos.

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una excelente zona y tiene todo cerca para garantizar una buena estadía. La piscina es grande y tanto la limpieza como las habitaciones están perfectas.

Cons:

El único inconveniente que tuve fue con el baño, ya que el agua caliente nunca salía. Esto me retrasaba bastante en mis planes; como turista, uno tiene todo programado por días y horas, y no poder tomar una ducha caliente resultó muy incómodo. Al llamar a recepción, su respuesta siempre era que esperara 15 minutos a que bajara el agua caliente, pero hubo momentos en los que esperé hasta media hora y nunca funcionó.

Me encantó
Pros:

El staff súper amables y la comida muy muy buena, limpieza diaria no solo de la habitaciones sino de todos los espacios en el hotel.

Cons:

Hubieron 2 incidentes, algo que uno no quisiera pero en ocasiones sucede, pero en ambos casos, UU valoré muchísimo la acción del personal, tomaron el problema como suyo y lo solucionaron en muy corto tiempo, algo que demuestra la filosofía del hotel y eso, es importantísimo para una buena estancia.
