Pros:

Quarto amplo, chuveiro quentinho e camas enormes e muito boas, parece que estamos em um castelo medieval. O Café da manhã é feito com muita atenção e personalizado. As pessoas do hotel de modo geral são muito cordiais e simpáticas. É possível deixar as malas na recepção sem custo para ir ao Machu Picchu. Sem falar da localização, é excelente e tem um Starbucks na mesma entrada do hotel.

Cons:

Poderia ter frigobar no quarto.

The breakfast was the worst I ever had (I am 69). Everything was done on the cheap, cheap food cheap towels, squalid facilities, etc.. Poorest quality possible. I got a lousy noisy room facing a hallway shared by Starbuck., far cry from the pictures shown in Booking.

As instalações são confortáveis, o quarto conta com aquecimento e o chuveiro oferece água bem quente, o que faz toda a diferença nos dias frios. O café da manhã é muito bom e, para quem sai cedo para passeios, como Machu Picchu, o hotel oferece um pequeno desjejum para viagem.

A localização é simplesmente excelente, no coração da Plaza de Armas. Outro diferencial é a possibilidade de guardar as malas durante a viagem a Machu Picchu, tornando a experiência muito mais prática.

Pros:

Единственный плюс этого места это расположение. Оно действительно прекрасное! В самом центре, рядом с главной площадью! Но при этом в номере абсолютно тихо!
Так же в номере довольно опрятно и чисто!

Cons:

- Мы были в отеле 2 ночи и каждый день с утра у нас не было горячей воды. В первый день я ждала 2 часа, чтобы вода была достаточно горячей, во второй день - я начала мыться пока вода была горячая. Но она закончилась во время того, как у меня были волосы в шампуне и в итоге смывать его мне пришлось холодной водой. Когда в первый день я спросила сотрудницу почему в номере 2 часа не было горячей воды - она просто улыбнулась в ответ.
Скорее всего, это связано с тем что здание старое и у них просто не хватает напора горячей воды на все номера - но с другой стороны меня, как гостя, это вообще не должно волновать.
Для меня горячая вода - это базовая потребность в отеле. Поэтому на мой комфорт, это повлияло значительно. Особенно, когда ты отдыхаешь в холодное время года и с ребенком, или когда тебе нужно идти гулять, а ты ждешь в номере горячей воды - это все сильно портит мое впечатление от этого места.
- Так же в номере висел обогреватель настенный (по виду похож на кондиционер), но он издавал такой громкий и ужасный звук, что спать в холодную ночь с включенным им было невозможно. Спасибо сотруднику - нам давали на ночь какой-то ИК обогреватель, который они вообще обычно в другом месте используют.
- На завтраке из еды предлагается 3 вида хлеба и джемы. Остальное вы заказываете из 6 вариантов порционно, можно выбрать 2 опции завтрака. Но порции не очень большие, поэтому взрослому человеку сложновато наестся ими. У меня 2 летняя дочь весь этот завтрак съедала спокойно.

Este foi, sem dúvida, o hotel com a melhor localização em que já me hospedei. Você fica literalmente na Plaza de Armas de Cusco, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. Os quartos são limpos, confortáveis e muito bem cuidados. Além disso, quando precisei de atendimento médico durante a viagem, a equipe do hotel foi extremamente solícita e prestou toda a ajuda necessária. Uma experiência excelente, principalmente pela localização e pelo atendimento atencioso.
