Excellent location and helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast had limited options, but was fine for our purposes. The location of the hotel and staff were both excellent. We stayed there twice on this trip, and our room was better for our second stay.

Excelente ubicación y atención
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado a unos solos pasos de la Plaza de Armas. El equipo fue muy amable, muy buena atención por parte de todos. Excelente desayuno con opciones a la carta.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, así que subir y bajar maletas grandes fue un poco incómodo.

The location of the hotel is the biggest highlight. You are seconds from standing in Plaza de Armas and within walking distance of so many highlights in Cusco.
The staff were friendly and mostly helpful.
Breakfast was great and more than substantial.

Cons:

Our room was on the ground floor of the hotel. Our room had two windows, one in the main bedroom that opened directly into the walkway inside the hotel, the other in the bathroom opening directly into the street. Neither had fly screen.
We struggled to sleep because of the noise, people outside and inside the hotel corridors, yelling and loud talking late into the night

A localização é excelente e os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Café da manhã com pouca variedade e ficamos no quarto em frente onde era servido então logo cedo ouvíamos barulho das louças e do movimento na cozinha o que atrapalhou um pouco nosso sono.
