Um hotel onde somos muito bem recebidos e que atende a todas as expectativas

o Hotel é ótimo, a cama muito confortável, o chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã impecável, localização perfeita, limpo. O pessoal que nos atendeu foram fantásticos, muito atenciosos a tudo. Torci meu pé logo no primeiro dia e o atendente Erwin me deu todo o suporte que precisei. Tanto o Erwin, Noeveli e a Genesis, nos deram muita atenção. A moça que prepar o café Maribel, um anjo de querida. Ahhh e nos dias que os passeios eram muito cedo, (04:00) antes do café ser servido eles nos davam uma sacolinha com um lanchinho, água e uma fruta para levarmos. Super indico esse hotel. Amei!!!

Great location next to the main square. 24-hour front desk manned by extremely helpful staff. Lots of restaurants nearby, covering all tastes and prices.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. And I detested that kitsch psuedo-Peruvian music they played early morning......but at least it got me out of the hotel sharpish..

El personal es muy amable y atento
Pros:

El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento. Te brindan todas las facilidades para que te sientas a gusto. Si sales antes del desayuno por algún tour, te ayudan con un desayuno para llevar. Además, está muy bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo 100%.
