A property with excellent views but disappointing upkeep, ineffective facilities, and unfulfilled promises.”
Pros:

We stayed in Room D2 at AV Suites, which was advertised as a Queen Studio. Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly short of expectations, and I feel compelled to provide an honest assessment for future guests.

First and foremost, the listing photographs are highly misleading. The room appeared far more modern, polished, and comfortable online than it does in reality. The flooring consists of bare concrete rather than, wood, tiles, carpet, or any finished surface, giving the room a somewhat unfinished appearance. Throughout our stay, sand continually accumulated on the floor despite regular sweeping, and we were unable to determine where it was coming from.

Cleanliness was another major concern. There were persistent ant infestations, particularly around the kitchenette area and we didn’t even eat or use it, several elevated surfaces had thick layers of dust that appeared to have been neglected for an extended period. While towels were replaced and the room was tidied during our stay, this occurred after we raised concerns and specifically requested assistance.

The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the air conditioning. Prior to booking and being allocated to our room, we specifically asked whether the room had strong, effective air conditioning, as this was a key requirement for us. We were assured that it was functioning properly. Upon arrival, however, it became immediately apparent that the unit was struggling to cool the room adequately. After we complained, maintenance was sent to service the unit, but there was no noticeable improvement. We reported this, and were told another technician would attend the following day while we were out. Although we were informed this had been done, the air conditioning remained ineffective. To make matters worse, the air conditioning remote displayed a service warning light throughout our stay, which I will include in my review photographs.

Wonderful and welcoming.
Pros:

Excellent Staff, breakfast and Dinner, Pool, amenities, concierge services were spot on and the view were all amazing. The bed, shower, balcony and spacious room were perfect.

Cons:

It was up hill … up stairs and up stairs but worth the views.

Excellent value for money in paradise
Pros:

Deluxe King Seaview room was amazing and absolutely as per the photographs. Pool, bar and restaurant were great. Short distance to a quiet white sand beach and a 5 min cab ride out of the business of PG

Cons:

Only downside was I didn’t know how to dull the outside lighting on the balcony which caused the room to be quite bright overnight

Tranquillité, sourires et professionnalisme. Beau séjour!
Pros:

L'hôtel est un très beau bâtiment à une courte distance d'une belle plage où il n'y a presque personne. Le personnel est très souriant et serviable. Très content de n'avoir pas choisi à White Sand beach où les restos sont chers et l'ambiance stressante avec beaucoup de marchands ambulants. Ici, rien de tout cela; la paix!

J'ai fait une erreur en réservant une nuit en double et ils ont fait beaucoup d'efforts pour finalement m'en faire crédit à dépenser sur place alors que rien ne les obligeait. Même qu'Agoda refusait l'annulation. J'ai trouvé que tout le monde a été très professionnel et compréhensif à résoudre mon problème.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour et je recommande chaleureusement.

Cons:

Mais oui, c'est un peu d'exercice pour remonter vers l'hôtel en revenant de la plage. Mais une petite douche à la piscine et un plongeon vous reconciliera avec l'effort!

De bar rond het zwembad gaat open van 16 tot 21u. Maar wees gerust er is bijna nooit iemand aanwezig. Wat niet vermeld staat is dat je fysieke conditie prima moet zijn. Trappen stijl omhoog. Enkel de kamer is prima, de rest is niets. Valt ook niets te beleven in de omgeving. Je moet toch 3,5km verder gaan om degelijk restaurants te vinden, in het hotel is het echt niet goed.

Cons:

Property on steep hill. Need to climb heaps of steps to get to property. Difficult to access with luggages. Not suitable for disabled, elderly people. No lift. Property too far away from White Beach. No beach access.
