Had a lovely time with family.
Pros:

I love the restaurants in the property, and that the staff are always courteous and professional.

Cons:

Sound proofing is not so good. You can hear people conversing in the hallway and kids playing in the other rooms.

A nice stay and the place is a throwback to the 80s.
Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful and prompt. Breakfast had a good spread.

The place is old and in real need of a refurbishment.

Value for money.
Pros:

It was basic but had everything we needed for one night stay before going to the airport. Value for money. Netflix in the room. Blanket was nice on the bed. Breakfast was very nice. Gold cart takes you to the casino.

Cons:

No Mini bar. Room service menu is not in the room, they bring you one.

Very expensive for what it is - there are two hotels on site, the newer one is perhaps much better but even more expensive.

Better to book in the new building where we did stay before than the old building hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair considering the options available for Muslim.
Room offered was terrible at check-in. After spending two hours moving from one room to another in the building looking for a better one, we finally were offered identical room but of good standard. That is the room was recently furbished and presentable and clean. The catch I realize was because we booked and paid directly through Booking.com

Cons:

The room which was offered at check-in was of very poor in standard. Lighting, room furniture and bathroom were of very poor standard and quality. Things were of old quality from flooring to ceiling. The air conditioning would not work, no cooling. They had rooms which are refurbished which are better than the ones not yet refurbished. I don't understand why we are not offered that room first instead of wasting two hours for getting an acceptable. Imagine we went to bed at 4am.

Clean, quiet and near airport
Pros:

Quick stop over between flights. Very easy access to the airport, staff were welcoming and efficient at check in. We had to leave early for a flight and they packed a breakfast and a coffee for us to take with us. Room waa huge, lovely design, comfortable, clean and quiet. Perfect stop over stay. Would return to stay longer!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. Breakfast is also okay.

Cons:

The facilities are just too old for the price you pay. You can see the deterioration almost everywhere. It also smells old.
