Royce Hotel overall rating fro me is 9 of 10 stars. Location, Food, Staff service are excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, lots of choices to choose from.
Room - excellent as usual, spacious, beds and pillows are soft.
Dinner - wasn't able to try dining, but i've tried amare and the korean before, they were excellent before

Cons:

Pool can be improved.
Kids' amenities, playroom, kids corner - hopefully they would consider building or alloting space for this.
toiletries - can be improved
Room Towels can be improved

there was fly hovering over the food. checking out was a bit slow due to many people and less staff.

Had a lovely time with family.
Pros:

I love the restaurants in the property, and that the staff are always courteous and professional.

Cons:

Sound proofing is not so good. You can hear people conversing in the hallway and kids playing in the other rooms.

A nice stay and the place is a throwback to the 80s.
Pros:

Staff were courteous and helpful and prompt. Breakfast had a good spread.

The place is old and in real need of a refurbishment.

Value for money.
Pros:

It was basic but had everything we needed for one night stay before going to the airport. Value for money. Netflix in the room. Blanket was nice on the bed. Breakfast was very nice. Gold cart takes you to the casino.

Cons:

No Mini bar. Room service menu is not in the room, they bring you one.

Pros:

It was quite average overall.

Very expensive for what it is - there are two hotels on site, the newer one is perhaps much better but even more expensive.
