Pros:

Room was super clean, comfortable and spacious. The lobby area gets quite hot during the day, but the cafe offers a good hideout from the heat.

Cons:

Location was great for me as I was there for a sporting event at a nearby stadium. But I reckon it's a little far from places of interest.

Cons:

The day we checked in about an hour after that, there is a short water supply. We were told it will be settled in half an hour but ended up around 2 hrs

Good comfortable bed and good location. Other than that everything else sucks.

Cons:

The hot water piping system SUCKS. Most of the time you don't get hot water, you need to adjust the temperature many times before you get hot water, but once hot water comes, it became TOO HOT and the hot water will become cold again. VERY inconsistent hot water pipe system.

Lovely and Comfortable
Pros:

This was not my first stay at Casa 33, and once again, everything was amazing. I absolutely love the hotel — from the room, ambience, and amenities to the exceptional staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had an incident where my husband accidentally left his phone in a tuk tuk. They stayed with us late into the night and went above and beyond to assist us until we were able to contact Grab HQ and reach the driver. We will always remember their kindness and dedication — they were truly incredible.

I would definitely come back again for the comfort, hospitality, and wonderful experience.

Cute hotel with very comfortable mattress
Pros:

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The design of the hotel is beautiful and gives the place a very stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

I wish there was a safety box.
