This room was far below expectations and not worth the price paid for a DeLuxe category.
Pros:

The location is perfect

Cons:

The low value room they gave us. Booked DeLuxe room and got Standard room quality. Furniture was worn and dirty. The safe didn’t work. The fridge was running over and leaking with melted water. No real window, no view as window was covered with milky foil. Room was on corner location which is the loudest area on a floor. Most disturbing: we found a camera-like device in the room.

Really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is beautiful cafes in the ground floor and is centrally located. If you're staying in Islamabad, this is the PLACE to stay at!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very professional and welcoming throughout my visit. Special thanks to Mahnoor at the reception — she guided us really well, was extremely cooperative, polite, and made the whole check-in process smooth and comfortable. Her helpful attitude truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The property itself is good, but construction work starts at 8 AM, which is very uncomfortable as it wakes you up. People don’t go to a hotel to stay and be disturbed.

The property itself is good and well-maintained, but the experience was disappointing due to ongoing construction work. Work starts as early as 8 AM, which is very disturbing and makes it impossible to rest properly. The noise wakes you up and completely ruins the purpose of staying at a hotel for comfort and relaxation. Management should inform guests in advance or adjust working hours to avoid such inconvenience.
