Pros:

Very friendly staff and made it very easy to book activities and transport to the next destination. Location was the perfect spot with a gorgeous view, perfect for coming from the busy streets of bangkok as u can walk through the quiet backroads of chiang mai. The hotel really made our stay in chiang mai very enjoyable!

Amazing experience
Pros:

The service was great! Very friendly people and amazing location! Also you get free drinking water which is very nice

Ontbijt was fantastisch, veel keus, aardig en behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers en alles op loopafstand. Driepersoonskamer had heerlijk balkon.

Cons:

Wij hadden een drie-en tweepersoonskamer. De twee was wat gedateerd, douche miste voegen op de vloer en wat aanslag. Drie persoons was gehorig aan de weg gelegen. Zwembad is wat klein, maar prima om af te koelen. Blonde haren van onze zoon kleurden groenig door koper in water. Al met al kleine minpuntjes en snel te verhelpen.

Penalty hotel

Dichtbij het centrum

OVERAL bordjes met waarschuwingen voor boetes / penalty!!!
Bij het zwembad, op de waszak, in de gang, in de kamer een lange lijst met waarschuwingen en boete bedragen. Dit komt absoluut niet klantvriendelijk over.
Het bed had aan 1 kant geen nachtkastje met een stopcontact. De wasbak in de badkamer was heel onhandig en te groot. Er was geen enkele plek om toiletartikelen neer te zetten. Dit moest ik op de grond neerzetten. Er stond 1 bord op een tafeltje, wat is het doel?
Er is geen lift aanwezig. Personeel vond ik niet behulpzaam.
Er was een soort van gym met slechts 2 toestellen en een mini zwembad.
Ik zou hier niet nogmaals heen gaan, geen aanrader.

You have to switch on light even during day and I dont like it but its propably just my room and its minor

Staff were exceptional and very accommodating throughout my stay

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita, hotel posizionato a pochi passi dalla città antica. Piacevole la piscina esterna , seppur non molto grande è un plus poter tornare da un' escursione e poter fare un bagno in piscina. Buona anche la colazione.
