Only staff behavior
There are many things which are created very disappointing situation:
1. In 3 days stay no people came to clean the room and bathroom
2. In 3 days they didn't change the towel & bedsheets
3. So many cockroaches found in bathroom
4. No hot water facility
5. Some bedbugs also found
6. In 3 days they provided only 2 very tiny soaps which is absolutely not enough for hand wash for family (photo attached) I bought my own hand wash from grocery.
7. Since biggining one empty hand wash bottle was in bathroom, they didn't provided hand wash also.(Photo attached)
8. Wash basin required maintenance
9. I asked to give me favor to stay few hours for checkout to reach airport as weather was very hot but they refused and charged me Rs 3,000 more for additional few hours stay. Whereas they agreed for the same before booking over the phone.
10. The stay was including breakfast but only first day they provided breakfast on my call at 11:00 am but next day when I call 10:40 am for the same they refused and said this option is available only UpTo max 10 am whereas first day they provided breakfast at 11:30 am.
10. No proper back up for loadsheding of electricity.
NOTE: ON FIRST DAY I SPOKE TO COUNTER THAT ONE OF MY FAMILY WILL COME AFTER 3 WEEKS BUT WITH THE ABOVE SITUATION I SUGGESTED TO MY FAMILY TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL BUT NOT THIS HOTEL.

The fridge was not working
I didn't like anything at all It was the worst experience of my life to stay here and even the washroom did not have proper doors and the waster quality is so bad and I did not prefer anyone to stay here .And there is no circuit for charging and the bed mattress is so bad and uncomfortable at all
The location of hotel is very good. The staff is polite.
The staff is polite but uncooperative. You have to ask several times for anything like topper or blanket, and they just nod in yes. The mini fridge didn’t work, and there were a couple of insects on the floor. They also turn off the AC early in the morning. For breakfast, they provide toast, omelet and tea. However, the furnishing is good value for money.
During my stay, I noticed that the room was not clean and was infested with cockroaches. I kindly request that you improve the cleanliness and arrange proper pest control to make the stay more comfortable.

Hospitality is very good
keep money in advance of remaining amount is not good thing. TV remote in not good condition and also broken. Hot water is not properly available. Room # 107 is near kitchen, much noise raising from staff. Wash room door lock in not in lock condition from side. Door always open due this condition.
