Bardzo niski standard użytych materiałów wykończeniowych , bardzo słabe śniadanie, cena wygórowana. Bardzo brudne okna

Zbiornik wody w wiadrze dostępny dla klientów po saunie nie działał i się nie zapełniał. Od obsługi na samym początku korzystania z sauny usłyszałam, że działa
Kelnerka na wieczornej zmianie miała dużo pracy, a była sama na zmianie. Generalnie obsługa słaba, ale nie wina pracowników tylko managerów, że nie umieją wyszkolić personelu. Kelnerzy nawet nie mają swoich strojów ani zapasek.
Wszędzie jest informacja, że check out jest o 12. O 11:15 zapukał ktoś do pokoju mówiąc, że o 11 jest check out. Nigdzie nie widziałam takiej informacji jak również recepcja wcześniej mówiła o 12. Jak wspomnialam o tym na recepcji, nawet nie usłyszałam niczego w stylu “przepraszamy za nieporozumienie”.

Bardzo skromne śniadania personel stołówki trzeba było prosić nawet o chleb bo nie było zbyt zainteresowane swoją pracą

Grzyb pod prysznicem. Myślę ze to zmieni tylko wymiana silikonu.
Hotel felt a bit old-fashioned, overall not bad, just not up to modern standards. Staff was very nice, good breakfast, comfy parking, no complants about cleanliness.
Very bad soundproofing, we could hear a guy having a phone call in a next room - and a person he was talking to! Overall, this hotel deserves two stars max, with very cheap & dimly lit bathroom, very cheap pillows and outdated design.

Blisko Starówki w Lublinie, pokoje Delux przestronne i wygodne. Śniadania smaczne i obfite. Miła obsługa w Hotelu i w Spa.
W pokoju Delux wanna z zasłonką, bardziej przydałby się kabina prysznicowa.
Obsługa
Śniadanie to porażka.Nie dość że mały wybór to 10 plasterków wędliny, ludzie patrzyli z niedowierzaniem.

Pokój
Czyste pokoje. Pięknie pachnie w pokoju. W łazience żel pod prysznic oraz balsam do ciała. Więc gdyby ktoś zapomniał wszystko pod ręką. Blisko sklepy Żabka oraz Biedronka zaraz na drugiej stronie oraz apteka. Blisko jest rynek. Pieszo ok 15 do 20min, na rowerach 7min. Jeździliśmy na rowerach. 35min drogi na rowerze zalew. Jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji bardzo dobre, pyszne potrawy z karty obiadowej i to w normalnej cenie. Obsługa przemiła nawet poznaliśmy Dyrektora hotela przemiły człowiek. Wszystko pod gości Miejsce warte polecenia.
Hotel situato in una posizione che permette di raggiungere comodamente il centro a piedi. Stanza accogliente con bagno funzionale, letto molto comodo. Ogni giorno disponibili in stanza due bottigliette d'acqua. Colazione molto buona, ma senza prodotti gluten free. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio adiacente alla struttura.
