Pobyt w hotelu uważam za udany. Pyszne śniadania. Miła obsługa recepcji hotelowej, jak i spa .Dobra lokalizacja. Czysto.

Mimo , że śniadanie było pyszne , to obsługa nie dokładała kończącego się jedzenia . Liczyłam na coś słodkiego do kawki , jednak na parterze leżał jeden obschnięty kawałek ciasta i nie doczekałam się świeżego . Jeśli przychodzi się później na śniadanie dojada się resztki..

może fajnie jakby sam bar (drinki) był czynny do 22 latem, jednak więcej ludzi, a jest do 21.

Hotel jest ok, pokoje duże i wygodne, i miła obsługa. Czysto.

Cons:

Szkoda że nam nie powiedzieli wcześniej, że klimatyzacja nie działa przy 35+ stopni a nawet nie dali możliwości wyboru, czy w ogóle chcemy zostać czy zmienić cokolwiek. Niejasność rekompensaty i brak jakiegokolwiek zwrotu, nawet częściowego. Musiałem kilka razy pójść do recepcji i praktyczne "wynegocjować" tę rekompensatę. Rzucają odpowiedzialność na klienta (szkoda gadać tutaj).

W strefie SPA, mimo wcześniejszego potwierdzenia na piśmie, nie zapisali nas i weszliśmy z innimy grupami, co skutkowało że było bardzo malo miejsca na wszystko. Jacuzzi częściowo zepsute, bardzo niewygodne, ale woda ciepła to się dało trochę siedzieć. Leżaki w grocie solnej mega twarde, nie dało się leżeć długo. Ale sama grota była fajna. Saunę ok.
