Pros:

Příjemní a vstřícní zaměstnanci, v hotelu čisto, velmi příjemné prostředí. Standart se v Krakově drží velmi vysoký, tento hotel není výjimkou. Wellness mají super, to jsou body navíc. 👍👍

Cons:

Ať si paní pokojská občas zkontroluje okna na pokojích, byla zapatlaná. To ale nic neměni na faktu, že bylo v hotelu všude čisto.👍👍
