dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko do centurm i dróg dojazdowych

Cons:

Pomimo zimna w hotelu nie działało ogrzewanie, po prośbie o grzejnik i przypomnieniu o niej włączono ogrzewanie...tyle, że po ok 2 godzinach, w srodku nocy je wyłączono. Kiepiskiej jakości śniadanie- zimne parówki, woda w temperaturze, która nie zaparzała porządnie herbaty. Pokój bardzo mały i ciasny, byłam sama, ale jakby było nas dwie osoby w pokoju trudno było by się poruszać. Warto zadbać o okna wygłuszające - hotel połozony przy trasie zdazdowej tramwajów i w pokoju od ulicy jest głośno.

Very cozy hotel, the room seemed freshly renovated and quite large - there was not only a bed, but also a small sitting area and a vanity table. The bathroom was nice and comfortable. The staff was lovely. The breakfast buffet was small, but there were enough options for any taste. You can also have lunch at the same place later in the day (not included in the price). There was always a parking space available.

Cons:

Might be harder if you don't speak Polish, but we survived :)

Dobra lokalizacja
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, bezpłatny parking przed obiektem. Panie w recepcji uprzejme. W pokoju czysto, Woda mineralna i czajnik na wyposażeniu Smaczna kawa z ekspresu na śniadaniu.

Cons:

Śniadanie. Trzeba naprawdę rano wstać, aby załapać się na coś więcej. W tym obiekcie nie dokłada się brakujących potraw. Niby jest szeroki wybór jedzenia, ale w bardzo małych ilościach. Dla nas kolejny raz zdarzyło się, że było sporo pustych naczyń. Takie podstawowe hotelowe potrawy jak jajecznica i parówki/kiełbaski na ciepło jednak powinny być uzupełniane sukcesywnie. Tym bardziej jak jest spory nakład gości hotelowych.

An excellent place to stay!
Pros:

The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. A help yourself buffet, with a very good choice; hot food included sausage, pancakes with a very nice sweet soft cheese filling, scrambled eggs, various cold dishes, including tomatoes, eggs, cold meats, cheeses, rolls, various breads to toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit and lots more. The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of sockets, a TV with a news channel in English and everything worked. The wifi was good enough to pick up emails but not for a zoom meeting. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Literally 5 minutes walk from the University and Polytechnic, with plenty of buses to center of Bialystok. Given the price it was very good value for money and I would be very happy to stay there again.

More stable wifi connection would be helpful
