Pros:

Uprzejmy pomocny personel, lokalizacja, czysta pościel, śniadanie obszerne.

Cons:

Odpływy w łazience niesprawne.
Podłogi nie odkurzone
Pościel czysta aczkolwiek rozdarta

Komfortowy wypoczynek w dobrej lokalizacji po przystępnej cenie.
Pros:

Serdeczna obsługa, czyste pokoje, dobre śniadania. Hotel położony w spokojnej okolicy, jedynie kwadrans spacerem do centralnego punktu miasta - bazyliki prymasowskiej. Pokój, w którym mieszkaliśmy nadaje się dla rodziny: 2 łóżka jednoosobowe, łóżko małżeńskie (w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu) i łazienka. Siatki na owady w oknach. Znakomicie wypoczęliśmy z rodziną po podróży i zwiedzaniu. Dziękuję za gościnę. :)

Value for money but a good 20 min walk to centre

The staff were excellent especially Ania very helpful

Cons:

Stayed Friday to Monday , on Saturday we got a key for the side door because after Sunday breakfast there are no staff on site .

Pros:

Понравилась территория возле отеля.

Cons:

Не понравились условия.Были перебои со светом в комнате.В отеле ресепшн работает только до 20-00,позже приходит только сторож.И то неизвестно когда и во сколько.Когда у меня в номере не было света,сообщить и спросить не было у кого.Помогли, спасибо огромное,постояльцы этого хотеля.

Pobyt w Hotelu Feniks

Lokalizacja i bliskość galerii

Cons:

Otrzymałem inny pokój niż ten który byl dla mnie przygotowany. Chociaż personel dosyć miły, ale takie rzeczy nie powinny mieć miejsca.(Chciałem mieć dla rodziców złączone łóżka w jednym pokoju a dostałem 4 osobne, wszędzie kurz, chociaż meble i łóżka bardzo fajne to wszystko zakurzone...) Rodzice chcieli jeszcze skorzystać o godzinie 19:30 z restauracji, niestety ale okazało sie że jest już ona zamknięta i nikogo nie ma od ładnej chwili już. Chociaż na drzwiach była informacja że otwarta jest do 22:00. I jest wybór. Łóżka wygodne ale niestety na poduszkach nie idzie sie wyspać. Dekoder w telewizorze nie trzymał kanałów jak i nie bylo wszystkich kanałów. Jedzenie na śniadaniach dobre. Na plus jest to że duzo terminów wolnych i wi-fi na obiekcie jest. Jak na nocleg tylko 1 jakiś można wpaść, ale na dłuższy pobyt niestety nie. Pozdrawiam.
