Brzydki zapach, brudna łazienka - generalnie lokal niechlujny, wymaga co najmniej "odświeżenia"...
Słychać sąsiadów.
W apartamencie "de lux" brak deski do krojenia...
Kłopot z zamknięciem drzwi od wewnątrz.
Fatalna pościel i ręczniki (chyba z lat 70tych)

Obiekt zaniedbany. Pokoje w budynku w parku tragiczne. W pokojach i na korytarzu śmierdzi dym z kotłowni.

If you need a room for one night after some event nearby, it is ok
Pros:

There was actually no mosquitoes so we were able to chill out in the garden. The service was kind and helpful

Cons:

It’s an old building and requires some small improvements or renovation, like working ventilator in the bathroom, doors which fits the frame.
