Está muy cerca del Santuario de Fátima y los atractivos de la zona. Estaba todo muy limpio. Nos habían asignado una habitación con 4 individuales y solicitamos uno con una cama doble y dos simples y nos cambiaron.
No tiene suficiente estacionamiento pero pudimos aparcar gratis bastante cerca pero es escaso. Otra forma es aparcar en una zona amplia y pública a unos 10 minutos andando.
La habitación está muy bien, muy recomendable

O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, o quarto é confortável, a localização é muito boa!
Falta um frigobar, os lençóis da cama muito desbotados, da a impressão que são velhos… mas a cama é confortável, pedi um berço, mas não deu certo pq não era bem um berço e sim um mini cercado!

We stayed here for one night and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we checked in.
We had booked the family room, which was described as having one double bed and two single beds. Before arriving, I even contacted the hotel to confirm that our 4-year-old could sleep in the double bed with my husband and me, and they confirmed that this was fine.
When we arrived, we were told that there were no family rooms available, even though I had booked only a few hours earlier and Booking.com was still showing family rooms as available at the time of booking. There was no apology or explanation; we were simply told that the only room available was a room with four single beds (a triple room with an extra rollaway bed).
As our son is used to sleeping with us, I ended up sharing a single bed with him all night, which was uncomfortable and not what we had booked.
The replacement room was also different from the one advertised. Instead of the described city view, it was on the top floor with a small window overlooking only the hotel’s roof. The TV also had no remote control, so it couldn’t be used.
The stay itself was otherwise fine, but it was disappointing to pay for a specific room type and then be given a different room without any apology, explanation or compensation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated better communication and some acknowledgement of the inconvenience

las habitaciones estaban muy bien, los baños también, la atención también fue buena, y la ayuda que lo solicitamos también fue buena, ninguna queja. También había una tienda al lado de la recepción, con muy buenos precios. Muy silencioso.
