Beautiful location and apartment was very updated.
Pros:

Location was great in a quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

The apartment did have an ant problem. Couch and dining table had ants which also got into the bedding. Housekeeping did address the problem.

I really tried to be positive, but I hated everything about this place.

1) SAFETY CONCERNS DUE TO DRUG USE: There were three and then as many as five people openly using what appeared to be heroin directly outside my first-floor room and balcony. They could easily climb onto the balcony and enter the flat. In fact, there were signs from the hotel instructing guests never to leave the window open. This made me feel extremely unsafe. I recorded a video of the situation as discreetly as I could and have loaded it here as evidence. After the first night, I moved to a higher floor.

2) CONSTRUCTION WORK: I was also annoyed by the substantial construction work taking place directly in front of the property. Given the scale and proximity of the works, I believe guests should have been informed in advance. The attached video also documents this.

3) FALSE CHECK-IN TIME: The advertised 3-9 PM check-in time is false, but what really annoyed me is that literally right after the free-cancellation period had ended, the hotel contacted me saying reception closed at 5 pm. Lies are unacceptable and it is even worse to reveal the truth once I can no longer cancel my reservation for free.

4) RUNDOWN PROPERTY & BAD SMELL: The hotel itself is considerably more rundown than the photographs suggested. The curtains were stained and damaged, a living room chair was broken, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell. The first apartment smelled strongly of damp/moisture, while the second had a constant smell of fried food.

In my view, this hotel is not worth the price I paid, nor the rating it has on Booking.

Großzügige Räume , jeden Tag frische Handtücher , klimatisierte Räume , schöner Garten mit Pool und das mitten in der Stadt

Cons:

Es hatte wohl einen Wasserschaden am Fußboden in der Küche gegeben,der war nicht repariert worden und man musste aufpassen das man über die aufgequollenen Fussbodenbretter nicht stolperte oder hängen blieb.

Pros:

Super Lage - perfekt um Lissabon zu erkunden! Sehr freundlich (Tomas hat alles sehr gut erklärt war sehr hilfsbereit! ).Der reservierte Parkplatz war für einen Preis von 20 Euro pro Tag sehr gut.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die Rollo bei den Fenstern und die Liegen im Garten müssten erneuert werden.

Appartamento enorme e splendido
Pros:

L'appartamento è meraviglioso, la biancheria dei letti e del bagno di ottima qualità. Ogni giorno vengono fatte pulizie da personale bravissimo. Alla reception Tomas è pronto a risolvere, con infinita gentilezza, qualsiasi problema. L'appartamento 101 ha addirittura uno spazio esterno e 2 bagni: uno per ciascuna delle due camere.
Il WiFi funzionava perfettamente.

Cons:

La posizione è centralissima ma per raggiungerla ci sono un paio di ripide scale o in alternativa una strada in salita. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe esserlo per persone con mobilità ridotta.
Consiglio di aggiungere qualche gancio per gli asciugamani.
