Superb. Lovely staff..
Pros:

I highly recommend these apartments. Superb location near the castle. A special "thank you" to Tomas for accommodating our late check-in after our trip to Fatma thst day. Bed was so comfortable, apartment was so spacious & clean. Can't wait to book another trip to Lisbon.

Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit ansprechbar und super nett! Es gab Handtücher für den Poolbereich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und bietet teilweise Aufsicht auf den Aufzug Santa Justa!

Cons:

Leider wurde der PIN für den Eingang der Unterkunft nicht mitgeteilt, ich konnte glücklicherweise mit einer bereits eingecheckten Familie hinein und dann an die Rezeption zum Check-In. Die Liegen am Pool müssen dringend ausgetauscht werden. Diese sind teilweise sehr abgenutzt und alt. Der Fitnessraum verfügt über 3 Geräte, auch diese sehen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aus. Diese dürften auch mal ausgetauscht werden.

Nos encantó! Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos. La piscina ha sido uno de los puntos fuertes ya que nos facilitó llevar mejor la ola de calor. La ubicación inmejorable. La posibilidad de tener el coche dentro del garaje, nos daba mucha seguridad y tranquilidad.

Cons:

Los apartamentos son preciosos con unas vistas inmejorables, pero necesitan un repaso de pintura. Aunque la limpieza es evidente y constante.

Front door was open and didn’t close after we were in or out. We told the Receptionist as it’s not safe.

The location was the only plus. It’s right near the downtown area where everything is

Cons:

The staff member Thomas was extremely dismissive and rude. Our unit had an any infestation including ants in the bed, kitchen counters and everywhere else. Plus it originally stated there would be WiFi and was no WiFi upon arrival.

Fabulous location and pristine apartment
Pros:

Fabulous property. I have stayed in 5 other hotels over the years in Lisbon and this has to be the best located hotel. This is also a serviced apartment and the cleaners did a superb job everyday. This is why I think it’s incredible value for money. The apartment was so clean and immaculate views.

Cons:

No wifi and no smart tv. This is the touch it needed to be 5 stars. A smart tv so we could connect would have been amazing but the tv seem to be over 20 years old :(

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, fantastische Lage, tolle Aussicht , Pool zum Entspannen...einfach toll. Wichtig zu wissen: Steigungen/Treppen sind zu berücksichtigen, wenn man öffentlich/zu Fuß unterwegs ist.

This is a great, spacious apartment in an excellent location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large, providing plenty of space for our family to relax. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and several of Lisbon's main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and having convenient on-site parking was a big advantage for those traveling by car.

Good apartment and good location but do not book in June unless you plan to party and not go to bed!
Pros:

At any other time, the apartment would have been a great find - good location, a pool and a good size and would def go back just not in June!

Cons:

Whilst we we were told that June was party season and to expect some noise as the apartment was in the old town, the actual stage and bar for the fiesta was directly underneath our window. When we questioned this at reception we were told the festivities would finish at 10.00pm. They actually went on until 1.30am on that night and 3.00am on the 3rd night. I appreciate that the apartment owners had no control over the festival organisers but I believe that bookings should only be taken for people involved in the festival and it should be made clear that there will be significant disturbance until the early hours of the morning and beyond. We were only in Lisbon for a few days and didnt have time to move hotels.
