Hotel muito agradável, moderno e confortável, com quartos espaçosos, boas instalações e uma excelente piscina. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito simpático e a localização é ótima para conhecer Serpa e descansar. No entanto, alguns pequenos detalhes poderiam ser melhorados para tornar a experiência ainda mais especial.

Gostei imenso do hotel. Limpeza, a piscina, os quartos tinham um bom tamanho.

Cons:

Não gostei do serviço do pequeno almoço, acho que para mês de agosto, mês em que existe maior afluência de hóspedes, estar apenas 1 funcionário sozinho, a tratar da sala dos pequenos almoços é inadmissível. Estive imenso tempo à espera, que esse único colaborador ( que não tem culpa de estar sozinho) conseguisse limpar uma mesa, e colocar os talheres e os individuais. Claro, que isto depois atrasa tudo, a reposição de alimentos, etc etc. Deviam de rever essa questão, se foi apenas um ato isolado, tive azar então nesse único dia. De qualquer modo, esperava muito mais do pequeno almoço sendo um hotel de 4 estrelas.
