Estaba limpio. La habitación tenía un balcón con vistas a la piscina.

Cons:

Llegamos tarde y nos habían dejado la llave de la habitación con una nota en recepción. Subimos y no había luz en la habitación. Intentamos contactar por WhatsApp e incluso buscamos el cuadro eléctrico. Tuvimos que utilizar la linterna de los móviles. Por la mañana descubrimos que tampoco había agua caliente y llamamos al tfno que aparecía en la reserva. Sigo esperando que alguien responda (al WhatsApp, a la llamada o a la queja que puse después). No vimos a una sola persona en las instalaciones.

Pros:

Me encantó la atención de Jessica, hizo que toda la estancia fuese buena. Muy resolutiva y con ganas de hacerte sentir cómodo.las instalaciones estaban muy muy limpias y además nos hicieron cambio de toallas.

A funcionária era acessível.

Cons:

Quarto sem manutenção . Os lavatórios quando abríamos a água, o lavatório enchia até cima não escoava. A piscina manchou-me as toalhas, a varanda está cheia de cocó de pássaros inclusive as cadeiras para sentar..Falta de manutenção em tudo.
