Family? Find an alternative Hotel.

Everything.

First, if you are a family, think million times before booking in this hotel.

After driving for almost 8 hours, the minimum I expected is to consider we are tired with kids and arrange our rooms as requested earlier, though I understand that connecting rooms are above availability, however the minimum the receptionist could have done, aside of her being sick and sniffing the whole time with our passports in her hands, is to try a little bit more to accommodate us, however she kept giving us excuses until a gentleman reached out to us and informed that he will do his best, which he did and managed to give us a connecting rooms.

Aside of the sloooow elevators, Restaurants are not organised, especially if you come in the morning, you need to wait too much to get a table, and then struggle your way to get the food, its such a shame your fighting for eating. Dinner is soooo basic so dont get excited with the half board thing.

Worse part for the last, the hotel actually had a night club in it, running until 2AM, and ofcourse I couldn't sleep every night (for 3 nights) until they finish having fun, and when i have complaint, the front desk manager offered me a late checkout!!!!!!!! And guess what, the main entrance of the club is exactly adjacent to the left lobby and elevators to the rooms, so there is no way your kids wont see whats actually getting in and out from the club.

Finally, Doha is a lovely city with too many lovely destinations and hotels, do your searches well and try to get something worth the money spent and close to the city and its destinations. Note: the hotel is almost 30min drive from majority of the nice destinations, retails and entertainment.

سيئة جداً جداً رغم وجودي بالفندق في ايام العيد

طريقة تعامل موظف الاستقبال لااريد ذكر الاسماء بتقديمه حلول سيئه جدا وغير مرضيه بالاضافة الى انه تم دفع مبلغ للفندق مع وجبة الافطار مبلغ يساوي قيمة مبلغ آخر لفندق خمس نجوم بخدمات افضل واقرب لموقعه الجغرافي او بالاحرى المبلغ الذي قمت بدفعه للفندق المذكور من الممكن دفعه بفنادق اقرب وافضل من موقعه ومن خدماته بنفس القيمة بفندق آخر تقييمة خمس نجوم ،
البوفيه الافطار صعوبة في الحصول على طاولات شديد الازدحام لدرجة آخر يوم لنا فيه لم نستطع الدخول بسبب سياسة الفندق تقوم باستقبال اشخاص خارج نزلاء الفندق رغم ان الفندق مزدحم بنزلاءه وكذلك رائحة بوفيه الافطار تصل ال مصاعد الفندق ، وكذلك هناك عيب في الفندق اهناك ملهى ليلي بالقرب من مصاعد نزلاء الفندق ، مواقف السيارات مزدحم جداً .
انزعجنا كثيرا اول يوم العيد فجرا حيث انزعجنا من صوت منبه سيارة شخص يتعمد الاستمرار في استخدامة امام باب الفندق بدون توقف لاكثر من نصف ساعة دون تدخل من المسئولين في الفندق - هناك عيب في ابواب الغرف عن الاغلاق تسمع صوت الباب يغلق بقوه شديده في الممرات المقابله للغرف ، لايصلح الفندق للنزلاء الذين يريدون الاستماع والهدوء فيه لانه يوجد به ازعاج ، الفندق موقعه مقابل مبنى القطرية للطيران .
ازعاج من يسكن في الغرف المطله على المدينه امام مبنى الطيران القطري -لا يوجد عازل حيث صدى الصوت يسمع جيدا رغم انني سكنت غي الدور الخامس.

* Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

* The spa area( Female section) was too close to the jacuzzi, which made the floor feel messy and uncomfortable.
* The chlorine smell was also very strong and unpleasant.
* I think better ventilation and spacing would improve the experience.
