Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona frumoasa, cu foarte mult potential. Restaurantul are mancare foarte buna si o parte a personalului este foarte amabila si profesionista.
Inca de la receptie erau doua doamne putin confuze in privinta rezervarii noastre. Camera a fost buna pentru un hotel de 2 stele maxim, in nici un caz de 3. Acest lucru poate induce in eroare clientii care sunt la prima vizita, cum am fost si noi. Partea de service este un destul de problematica, spre exemplu, doamna de la terasa ne-a luat comanda pentru micul de dejun si a uitat de noi. Dupa vreo 30 minute ne-am ridicat benevol si am plecat. Dansa s-a scuzat ca a fost chemata de sefa sa faca nu stiu ce altceva. Lipsa aerului conditionat din camera este o problema, de asemenea, pe perioada verii.
Camere curate, am avut tot ce a fost necesar. Restaurantul chiar ok, preturi super bune, mâncarea ok.
