Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do wypadów w góry. Super pomocni i mili właściciele. Dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Zanim ktoś powie cos złego to niech zobaczy gdzie jest w środku gor w Rumunii. Do najbliższego miasta jest ponad godzina jazdy. Dla mnie nie było do czego sie przyczepić.

Cons:

Das Frühstück musste einzeln zusammen gestellt werden. Hilfreich wäre keines oder grosses Frühstück.
Die Bolinaise na ja. Ich hatte hunger wie verrückt.....Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Daca am revenit, inseamna ca ne-a placut (aproape in fiecare vara poposim pentru 2-3 nopti la hote Siesta) - camera spatioasa, curatenie, liniste, personal deosebit, mancare foarte buna, parcare sigura.

Die Lage war perfekt am Transfagarasan, sodass wir abends nochmal ein Stück vom Pass fahren konnten, ohne Menschenmassen. Das Frühstück war a la carte, mit Omelett etc. Ein sehr freundlicher Wirt!

The hotel gets a 10 out of 10.

My reservation was for two bungalows and a double room in the hotel. Everything was great—comfortable and in harmony with nature and the landscape. The bungalows had a small but functional bathroom and a water heater on the second floor. The bed was large and comfortable. In front of the bungalow, there was a terrace with a table right next to the river.

The restaurant was nice, with delicious food and a wonderful tea made from local herbs. The staff were the friendliest we met in all of Romania, and they spoke good English.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower drained slowly.

Amazing place to stay. Perfect location, perfect access to amazing trails, and the best host ever!!!!
Pros:

Peter was an amazing host as well as the rest of the staff. Very accommodating, met every need! Easy access to some of the best trails on the mountain!!!!

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to use plug adapters and doing so it would turn off the lights.

Neseriozitate si lipsa de respect fata de turist
Cons:

Am facut rezervare cu mult timp inainte, ni s-a confirmat prin mesaje numarul bungalow-ului rezervat ( specificat clar din partea proprietatii a numărului exact al vilei). Ajunși la fața locului ,seara tarziu, dupa un drum de 8 ore, ni se da alt bungalow, cel rezervat fiind ocupat. Seriozitate nu exista. Am arătat mesajul de confirmare clară a numărului vilei rezervate si, in acel moment, o dădeau din colt in colt, minteau, neștiind cum s-o dreagă. Ni s-a spus ca, daca nu va convine, puteți pleca la alte vile din zona....poftim...cum vi se pare aceasta lipsa totala de respect față de turiști?

Răspuns la ceea ce ati scris:
Continuati sa mințiți si in scris:
Cand am vorbit cu persoana de la recepție si apoi,la telefon cu dumveavoastra, ati spus ca vila respectiva e ocupata de 3 zile. De ce mințiți in raspuns ca, vai, ati dat vila chiar inainte de a ajunge noi?
De asemenea, cel de la recepție a specificat că i-ati lăsat in acea zi ,pe caiet trecut clar, sa ne dea vila de lângă terasa unde e galagie, adică vila 1. Mințiți din nou.
Nu mi-ati oferit , ati spus ca ce, sunt la fel si celelalte 2 vile. Daca nu imi convine, pot pleca. De ce mințiți ca ati spus altceva? De ce mințiți ca vai, câte oferte mi-ati făcut? In condițiile in care am solicitat ceva si mi-ati confirmat acel ceva, in scris, ce zile liniștite am fi avut sa stam in alta parte, la acea locație, ca asa vreți dumneavoastra, nu noi?
In minciuna dumneavoastra va autoacuzati: cum va permiteți sa dați altcuiva o locație deja rezervata, reținută taxa pentru acea rezervare, fara sa luati legatura cu cel care a rezervat-o?? Unde va este bunul simț?
Și mințiți vis-a-vis si de taxa: da, ati retinut jumătate din suma rezervarii.. A trebuit sa sun la booking, sa spun ca nu v-ati respectat cuvântul scris, ca nu sunteți de încredere.
Aflu ca minciuna va caracterizează atat in vorbe cât si in scris.
Concediul nostru a fost de vis in ciuda dumneavoastra si nu datorita dumneavoastra. Tot răul spre bine.

Las chicas que trabajan allá són un amor.

Hay rutas muy bonitas justo detrás del hotel y está cerca del lago Balea, sin comerte la masificación que hay por allá arriba.

Cons:

Los edredones muy pequeños y bastante malillos, al igual que el cojín.
