Piscinele sunt curate, camerele drăguțe si destul de mari

It was very bad
Cons:

The mattress topper was so bad we couldn't sleep well and could not rest well at all. I ask the receptionist to have a different room and she replied that all rooms are booked, instead, she said she will ask the cleaning ladies to change it or have a small toper so we can sleep on the floor but it did not happen. Nobody changed anything and the receptionist was not kind at all she behaved like it was our fault and not her problem. She was not kind or helpful at all. I talked to some other guests at the hotel and they complained to me about the same problem in their room. I went there to rest and have a good time for a few days but I was tormented by not resting well at all. This makes me hate hotel President though I loved it in my previous staying there.

Personalul foarte amabil

Cons:

Turiștii ar trebui sa fie mai civilizați și să facă dus inainte de a intra în piscina, indiferent dacă a făcut în cameră. Făcând dus inainte de a intra în piscină e respectul față de ceilalți turiști și da nota educației personale. Din păcate 70-80% din cei care intră în piscine nu fac dus în incinta SPA.
Managementul hotelului ar trebui să pună o scurtă înregistrare pe difuzoare pe care sa o repete la fiecare 10 minute in care sa îndemne "țăranii" să facă duș .

Relaxare binemeritată și binecuvântată!
Pros:

Toate mesele au fost excepționale! Personalul extrem de amabil! Patul a fost mai îngust, dar nu ne-a afectat bună dispoziție.

Cons:

Apa din bazine a fost calduta spre rece , nu la temperatura optima din alți ani. Din aceasta cauza nu am putut sa stam in bazinele exterioare.
