Pros:

It is located in a great spot and the access to the place is easy.

Cons:

We were not told about, and could not find the remote for the AC, and as it turned out, it was located in one of the compartments of the AC unit. We ended up opening the window which was great, as there was a storm during the night, which helped to cool the room down. However, there was no mosquito net on the window.
